After eventually arriving late for the 8am pickup, the driver drove dangerously and erratically, with his face huddled down like he was struggling to see his GPS. Then, later in the same day, they failed to show up for the pre-booked return trip we had scheduled later in the day. After waiting for half an hour and finally calling to see where the car was they told us the car had been cancelled (it hadn't). They then told us the car had gone to pickup and that no-one was there, but on investigation it turned out they had gone to the wrong address. I'm the end, after standing outside in the cold all this time, they said they had no cars available, and we were left stranded. An absolute symphony of incompetence and bad customer service.
