This company clearly has no concept of
customer care or reliability. Consequently, there's not a chance of us ever
using them again. Booked a 5-seater well in advance for a Saturday evening to
do 2 pick-ups. Driver turned up at first pick-up 15 mins late in a 4-seater. It
was left to our friends to tell us that a 2nd cab would have to pick us up, who
knows when? No contact from the company at all let alone an explanation or
apology. When my wife rings to express our dissatisfaction (courteously I might
add) and query whether this 2nd (unnecessary) fare will (at least) be
discounted, the controller launches into a bizarre rant/tirade, makes false & ridiculous
allegations and cancels the cab. Not the first time that we've had a
