Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. Appears that they have a wash and fold service - lots of bagged clothes and bedding plus dry cleaning. This isn't a modern, pristine place with the latest in tech and gadgetry - buy or bring your own soap, add it yourself to the machine, hang out in one of the many seats available, chat with a local or work at a table and wait a relatively short period. It seems like everyone from the nice surrounding neighborhood uses this place. Annie was awesome - super-friendly and helpful. Always greeting regulars and engaging anyone who looked like they needed help. Very happy to have found this place.

This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.
