Went in for tires had to go in a handful of times cause the tires they put on kept losing air, like 20-30 every few hours, they were rude disrespectful and did anything but fix the issue then we went in about 6 months ago for some jerking was told I needed my trans replaced spent 5 thousand dollars on a used trans/labor just for the same problem to return, I was swindled and scammed. Please do not if you value your time money and vehicle go to these scammers, find yourself a reputable source had I know these guys only have 2 stars I woulda avoided at all costs. Time for an oil change and since I had a coupon, I came here. They were prompt when opening the doors at 8 am. The lobby and waiting area is clean and comfortable. There's a tv and complimentary caribou coffee and hot tea. The service writer was polite when trying to sell me tires and when I said I only wanted an oil change, he asked "are you sure?" I under that selling tires is part of the job, but yep-I'm sure without questioning me! There is a kids area with a few toys and a mini tv. Amended review. Doubled the time and made me late to an appointment. Also, very deceiving on the cost. Full synthetic was posted as 55.95. I told them to use blended synthetic. Even though that price is not posted, it is the same price as full? There are also various oil and labor and shop costs that are not posted. An oil change with a tire rotation with a coupon should not add up to $85!! read more

I took our vehicle in the beginning of March this year for an oil leak. They said they found them using an oil dye and repaired it for a little over $1500.00. They then said it should be checked again after 500 miles to check for more leaks. I noticed there was still oil leaking from it within a couple days, but decided to wait the 500 miles. The leak was persistent, so I had them check it before the 500 miles was up. Took it in today and they said there were new leaks and wanted to charge me more than $1100.00 to fix it, claiming these leaks were new since March. I said no! read more

BEWARE!!!! I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received here at Goodyear Paramount!! I brought my car in for service because I noticed a sound coming from the front end, I suspected it to be bad ball joints or possibly a suspension issue. Come to find the mechanic stated both of my struts and their springs were busted and needed to be replaced I believed them because the sound was ever so present as I would drive over smooth or even bumpy roads. The technician stated the work would cost roughly around $1285.00 for front strut replacement and springs along with an alignment very steep price but I didn't want to do further damage to my car you know the saying one thing will lead to the other if this isn't taken care of so with no hesitation I obliged the technician and he stated the work would take roughly 4hrs. I decided to leave my vehicle and go run errands as my car was being repaired so I thought around 4pm I receive a call from the shop stating my car was complete and it was ready for pick up excited to have this complete and get back to a normal quiet ride I rushed back to the shop paid for the work that was done and hopped in my vehicle only to find that sound was still present and only this time it sounded worse then it did when I initially took it in to get it repaired, I was not out of the parking lot when I turned around and told the tech there that my car is still making the same noise it made when I first came in nothing had been fixed!!! At this moment the tech suggested that one of the other techs test drive it to replicate the sound I was hearing so I stated I will drive with the tech around the area so he would hear the same sound I heard after about literally 60seconds of him driving and hearing this horrible sound he turned to me and asked What work did you have done on this car? This blew me away my car just stayed here for 4hrs and you have no clue on the service you guys performed on that really angered me! So we drive back to the shop and he lifts the car up and finds that the sway bar links are still broken and they were never replaced I said you have to be kidding me YOU CHARGED ME FOR NEW SWAY BAR LINKS AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU JUST PUT THE SAME BROKEN PART BACK ON MY VEHICLE BUT CHARGED ME FOR THEM AS IF YOU REALLY REPLACED THEM!!!!!!!!!! I AM LIVID AT THIS POINT CLEARLY ON MY RECEIPT THERE IS A CHARGE FOR SWAY BAR LINK REPLACEMENTS AND THE TECH SAYS WELL WE TRIED TO SAVE YOU MONEY IF WE COULD UTILIZE THE OLD ONES TOTALLY OFFENDED BY HIS BLATANT DISREGARD THAT HE CHARGED ME FOR PARTS AND WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE WITH NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING!!!!!!! I advised the manager that they will replace my links because that is the service that I paid for the manager stated he will have to order the part I didn't care I was so offended that this shop would even try and SCAM ME! I advised once work is complete on the car I need the old Sway Bar Links that came from car for my own confirmation that they were replaced because clearly I couldn't trust them to do it. This was the first time I have ever been scammed or attempted to be scammed by an auto repair shop and it just made me realize there are not many good honest and trustworthy people out here. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS SHOP AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE TAKE THEIR VEHICLE IN TO THIS SHOP YOU CAN NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE, BECAUSE YOU END UP PAYING FOR WORK THAT THEY DID NOT DO!!! We had purchased a set of tires and a few months later found 1 tire with a slow leak. Returned to Paramount and informed them of the slow leak. 1 day later I received a call that the tire was repaired and I could pick the vehicle up. A few days later I noticed the same tire was low again. I returned to paramount and this is where it went from bad to worse. When I asked about the repair the young man was defensive and unprofessional. I ended up taking it elsewhere for the repair and have had no problems. Paramount I am disappointed. The CEO has contacted me and stated that they felt replacing the entire part (over $1000, not including labor) was necessary to correctly repair it. I did bring my vehicle into the Toyota dealership for the repair and was charged $320 (+tax) to replace a leaking seal. I feel confident that the dealership knows what is best and that the repair was completed correctly. Unfortunately I feel as though I was being taken advantage of in this situation and am happy I got a second opinion! read more

Great for oil changes (if you can drop your car off)...also great at over stating repair needs. I have been here several times for oil changes (they have a great special) but for everything else they will suggest no less than $500 of other repairs that are needed and push you to make the repairs by suggesting it could break at any moment. Overall I would suggest going elsewhere for repairs, but oil changes and rotates are reasonable if you can wait. read more

The management has changed, and the prices have gone higher then other places. Example to replace a car battery they want $118.00 plus $20.00 to install. Check other places and the average price runs $69.95 for the battery and $10.00 to install. So my 17 years with Good Year has gone down the drain. My wife was towed here by AAA with a flat tire. Tire was shredded and could not be fixed. We found out the 2016 Honda CRV had NO spare tire. We live in Wisconsin so she was stuck. They gave us a competitive quote on new Goodyears. My wife said all were very helpful and courteous. read more

Excellent kind service. We got a hole in our tire on the interstate right by this place at 8:03 pm on Friday night. They closed at 8 officially. But they stayed open to replace all four tires. They let the kids go in and watch a movie on their comfy new furniture and even let the dogs in for a bit for water. These guys are first class! Sweet, kind, fast and effective! I made an appointment on Monday for a synthetic oil change on a Saturday at 8AM. I was the first person in the door when they opened. I told them I was not waiting and they could call me when the oil change was completed. I was reminded very pointedly that they close at 4PM on Saturday and that I had to pick up my car before then. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at 3:55PM (having never heard from them all day) and they had not done anything to the vehicle yet? Apparently I had not told them when I needed my car back. I guess I assumed that since they closed at 4:00 (of which I was sternly reminded), I figured it would be done by then at the latest? I had a pretty pleasant experience here. My sister's car got a flat and I had it towed here and they told me that they're pretty busy and it'd be about a couple of hours... So, I took my niece to Joey's pizzeria and ate chilled and the car was ready when I got back a couple of hours later. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the value, they charged me $25.00+ dollar to repair a flat, that's pretty pricey to simply fix a flat. read more

Made an appointment for a basic oil change. While I was waiting, the guy came out and had a sheet full of potential problems with my car. He basically said all the expensive items such as brakes, leaks, rust, ETC. I am sick of listening to things that I actually don't need to be fixed. They try to rip you off by buying their items. WHY CANT AUTO PLACES JUST LEAVE THE CAR ALONE AND STICK TO THE OIL CHANGE!!! When do auto places learn.
