James called me a couple of times in response to my needing to confirm the time of our tour as well as to update me on the schedule. James greeted us and was just super kind, patient, and professional for every minute we spent together. I could not be more appreciative. Dad was thrilled with the experience as was I. My only helicopter experience was in the military many years before. This was obviously quite different and far less stressful, almost relaxing. I absolutely recommend this company. Have a good chat with your pilot before the tour so they know whether you'd prefer smooth "sailing" or a bit of fun maneuvering during the flight. We texted him multiple times to confirm that the helicopter would arrive, asking regular and normal questions about proximity, time, etc. In one of the calls before the cancellation, he even mentioned that he was going to drop "pink color," displaying a lack of sense as a person who knows it's a surprise. The day before the scheduled flight, he texted me instead of calling, without an apology, stating that the helicopter was unable to fly. Please don't use this COMPANY.

When confronted they apologized and blamed it on an accounting error and would refund the money however after two weeks all communication stopped and they will not answer or return calls or emails. A fraud case has been started against this company and the appropriate federal law enforcement agencies notified. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
