I shopped around with a few other providers, and Chris was hands-down the most transparent, the easiest to talk to, and the simplest to schedule. My house had basically turned into a spider resort thanks to nearby construction--dust, dirt, webs, the whole mess. After one day with Chris? It looked like a brand-new place. I'm absolutely hiring him again and recommending him to everyone around here. Just phenomenal work.

Daniel used harsh chemicals on delicate surfaces, which caused extensive and expensive damage. The paint was stripped off my front door, my keyless entry system and one of my cameras were destroyed, and several plants and palms were killed. Even worse, there is now visible discoloration and damage to the paint on the siding around my entire home, areas that were in perfect condition before. When I brought these issues to his attention, Daniel reimbursed me for the door lock and camera, but he has refused to take responsibility for the widespread paint damage. What should have been a routine cleaning has turned into a stressful, costly ordeal. I'm now forced to hire other professionals to repair the damage he left behind. If you value your home and want peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this company. The work was unprofessional, the results were careless, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.
