We went in October and it didn't seem too busy at most places. We got a lovely seat with a view on their patio. The service and food was great! The restaurant itself was quiet and had a vintage hidden away feel to it. We ordered: Prosciutto and mozzarella 8/10 Seafood pasta: noodles were over cooked and soggy but flavor was great. I'll give it a 7/10 Seafood assortment: Some of the fishes were great others were too oceany like it wasn't prepared properly. 7/10 Affogato 9/10 Spritz 8/10 not bitter and prepared well Overall the food was good, some things were just hit or miss. I would go back and try some of the other options the restaurant has to offer.

The restaurant has one of the best views in Positano from the east side which is usually not appreciated as much as the west side. The whole terrace area and tableware is a pastel lover's paradise. We ordered Mezzi paccheri pasta with shrimps, lemon and basil, and Tiramisu. I absolutely loved each and every dish and especially the lemon pasta - so refreshing! The tiramisu was more like a pastry but still good.

If you're Italian, you should also come. I think everyone there but me was Italian already, though. The place was pretty empty at 20h00 on a weeknight when I got there, but picked up some during that hour. Service is great; they don't over-bother you. The bartender treated me like it was my birthday, despite the fact that I was there alone. Despite just ordering a drink at first, he brought me out a little personal-size appetizer/snack sampler, and a coconut shell full of liquid nitrogen, making my own personal little Vesuvius. Instead of rushing to escape, I took my sweet time. Some of the snacks were pretty good, too- I recommend eating here if you (can) ever get tired of pizza, pasta, and paninis. Mummify me here, please, and preserve my body with rum. I first ordered an Oroi off the cocktail menu. It was delicious, a perfect level of fruity and just the right strength. Presentation was also 10/10. My second drink, a Hargaroa, was also good but beware if you don't like the flavor of licorice. The lime balanced it out well, in my opinion, but the flavors were strong. If I was here longer, I'd come back in a heartbeat and order another. Their cocktail menu is extensive, with anything you could possibly want from a tiki bar. Prices are also reasonable- sometimes even less than you'd pay for similar drinks in the States. They range from 7-10 euros for standard cocktails. At somewhere fun like this, a 7 euro cocktail is a great deal. Plus, there's a wealth of nonalcoholic options. The bar area is smaller but there's great space in the back, painted all around with cute murals. They go hard on the tiki theme in decor, in the best way. The music was a fantastic playlist of 90s music that had nothing to do with Caribbean/tiki/whatever but I loved it.

The restaurant is in a back alley and made for a private experience. We had three servers taking care of us and making sure we were enjoying our dining experience. The focaccia was better than any I have had. It had fresh veggies and the olive oil blended the flavors perfectly. I had the lasagna, not as good as mine at home but delicious. My daughter had the special, a lemon shrimp pasta. She said it was heavy on the lemon but fresh and delightful. I would recommend the restaurant if you have time to slow down and enjoy your food. We didn't have dessert because the serving size was just right.

To make it worse the manager tries to argue that you ate both and need to pay. Challenging since all the staff saw the waiter take it back. The waiter then corrected the bill, but the damage was done. Being insulted and called a liar is poor hospitality. Simply avoid, the positive reviews must be fake. A table of 4 next to us got up after no one went to them, after waiting for 15-20 minutes. They went across the street- wish I did the same. Incredibly awful experience. From food, to rude and ignorant staff, to bugs all over. A must miss place.
