Dom was so quick to respond to every email and every question we had for him. We filled out the music selection forms and were absolutely adamant that no one would dance at our wedding (it was full of older folks and we're not really much of dancers either), but we couldn't have been more wrong. I have no clue how Dom did it, but no one sat down the entire reception. The music selection was absolutely perfect for our guests; everyone was having the time of their life it seemed. The ceremony music Dom played had everyone in tears too. MSE made our wedding day so emotional and amazing. We only gave him a few songs and he matched the vibe we were going for spot on. If you're thinking about MSE, do it. You won't be disappointed. He basically ran the reception and no one wanted to leave.

We called the place, the rep asked if we are members (which we were not) but were considering buying a membership and wanted to check out the place first, using this option. He assured us he could work it out for us so we could check the club. After driving to the club the following morning, we were told there is no such service. We called the office back and lucky enough, got a hold of the same individual we spoke the day before. This time around, despite acknowledging he remembered us, the manager said he was mistaken. No apology for misleading us to come all the way over from Naples, no courtesy. What we were told was, verbatim, "well I guess there is no such deal". We will be signing up for a different beach club for sure. Not bringing my money to this place.

Studio 13 Nailtique - A Hidden Gem in Naples…read more While visiting Naples nearly five years ago, I stumbled upon Studio 13 Nailtique--and I'm so glad I did. From my very first appointment, I was impressed by the level of care and professionalism. Rea, who did my nails during that initial visit, was not only talented but also incredibly knowledgeable about proper nail care. I prefer an XXL length, which can be challenging for natural nails, but Rea took the time to assess their condition and offered thoughtful advice to maintain their health while still achieving the look I wanted. Over the course of several visits, I also had the pleasure of working with Christina, whose work was equally exceptional. The salon itself is well-run, clean, and welcoming. Every technician I encountered was professional and attentive. I did run into a bit of confusion when trying to book online--I wasn't sure which services to select to ensure enough time was scheduled. But a quick phone call to the salon resolved everything smoothly. They were patient and helpful, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Studio 13 Nailtique is a standout local business that consistently delivers superior service. Whether you're a Naples resident or just passing through, I highly recommend giving them a visit. Your nails--and your experience--will be in excellent hands.

Just had a great appointment with Sasha at Studio 13 Nailtique. I was impressed with this salon…read morefrom the moment I walked in. I do not got into nail salons often but all of the techs at this salon were very friendly, the salon was very clean, and my nail tech was AWESOME!! Once I entered the salon I was asked to wash my hands and noticed everyone was wearing a mask as well as protective shields between the techs and clients (a good sight in the age of COVID). Sasha welcomed me with a friendly and attentive demeanor. She helped me pick out the perfect polish and design for an upcoming wedding that I am attending as a bridesmaid. The tools were opened from sterilized packs and all tools and areas were clean and organized. I could not be happier with my experience. As mentioned before I do not go to the salon often, in fact I came in with nails in poor condition (I work with my hands a lot) and she turned them into pretty & ladylike nails with a glam flair I will definitely be returning and recommending Studio 13 and Sasha to all my friends. Thank you again!!
