His detailing is fabulous, he doesn't need ANYTHING from you, i.e. he brings his own water and power (unless you happen to have an outlet nearby), and within an hour of showing up, he's dropping off your keys and leaving you with a spotless car. A-MAZ-ZIIIIINNNNGGGG!!!!!!!!! Shawna handles all the backend stuff, and they have convenient packages that include 10 washes and 2 detailing jobs. Since our cars always look great, we're never embarrassed to have people jump in for a ride, and it makes us look soooo good. The only problem is that when you're on the road, you'll never want to take your car to a normal car wash. Really, that's the only problem. ;-)

He said he was going to shampoo it top to bottom, front to back. Put a clear coat on the paint and blacken the wheel wells.... And when I got it back, I was extremely unhappy with the job. When I called back to setup an appointment he put me out a week and told me to wash and vacuum it before I brought it back. When I called to bring it back he said, "it shouldn't take long to fix what you want fixed". So I pulled up and tried to show him what I was unhappy with and he gave me a lot of attitude, raising his voice at my boyfriend and I, telling me "look lady! I've been doing this for so many years and have detailed cars for shows". I have two kids with one on the way; I took him my clean car and paid him to detail it. He MAY have waxed it, but left residue everywhere and then offered me $20 and told me to go get my car washed. I do not suggest going to him for any detail work. I would not give even one star, if I could.
