I called the first week of April to get on their schedule early. Charles started work on Thursday 4/25. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." As you can see from photos - there was zero progress. Pool is still deep green and totally unusable. It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used.
