They let the dogs out like 8 times per day and also offer some great extra amenities such as swimming time or lessons, outside play time in their large fenced in area, and one-on-one play time. Really friendly service and helpful staff. Great facility with well-designed dog cottages to help dogs avoid the stress that can happen in the overcrowded kennels. Wonderful place! I know he'd give them quality care as I know how well those dogs are treated. This was an animal hospital so I wasn't entirely sure they did ordinary vet visits until I called. (They do!) The staff is very kind, clearly animal lovers and they also did a thorough check. They contacted my old vet and transferred our dog's records over even though I have my files - they wanted more detail. During the exam the veterinarian was thorough, asked about his history, checked for any problems and explained all vaccines and also gave me a price estimate which was a lot more reasonable than I expected. The doctor was kind and gentle and even though my mellow guy is pretty easy to work with she climbed down by us and made sure to give him some love before the shots. I am very pleased with the beautiful facility and excellent care.

Given her age and a probable brain stem tumor diagnosis, I contacted the hospital specifically requesting to speak directly with her veterinarian to discuss what was happening and to problem-solve next steps, including prognosis and quality-of-life considerations. I was unable to speak with a veterinarian. After multiple calls and detailed explanations to reception staff, the only guidance relayed to me was to take her to the emergency room, with no further discussion, reassessment, or quality-of-life conversation. When I asked why, I was told the practice was "a clinic, not a hospital," which was confusing given the hospital designation and our long-standing relationship. Because I could not have a direct conversation with the veterinarian, we sought a second opinion. Under the new veterinarian's care, our dog's diagnosis and medications were completely reassessed and contradicted, and she has shown significant improvement in a very short period of time. We were very close to making an irreversible end-of-life decision based on indirect communication and limited engagement. For a senior dog in acute crisis and a family seeking guidance, we expected more thoughtful involvement and direct communication. I hope the practice reflects on how situations like this are handled in the future.

For daycare, my puppy and I are welcomed with a big smile and a big hello to us both. When he is picked up, the staff tells us who he played with and how he did. They even are helping us train him to get comfortable in a kennel. During his boarding stay the staff went above and beyond to say the least. They gave him extra love when he would get nervous- they even put him in a thunder jacket to calm his worries. Amazing. We are so thankful. They took Christmas photos of him after a complementary bath which were adorable! They communicated so well (and fast) so that we were at ease being far away.
