My biggest complaint: My husband didn't get his promenade. Our special ring bearer, his father, the groom and the groomsman didn't get their moment/ promenade either. NOTHING was as we rehearsed it the evening before during the rehearsal . What was the point? The men did NOT get any structure, guidelines or assistance on the day of the wedding. What's the reason for paying a second person at the ceremony site if that person doesn't assist and direct half the wedding party?! The groom wandered up to the front after waiting for some direction.... But nothing. He was so disappointed. She is not flexible or accommodating: She also insists on communicating via email- she barely calls or texts. Despite me telling her I don't operate that way. She doesn't care. She does whatever is easiest for her. I felt like she only wanted to make her job as easy as possible. Be prepared brides and grooms to fill out endless spreadsheets. She bragged about her timeline, it was suppose to be a slick and smooth operation. I felt like I needed her to keep things running smoothly, I was wrong. If you want to do a lot of work by yourself and pay her way too much to be rude to your vendors, (the videographers and photographers whom I flew in from Texas, both complained about her giving the wrong time tables multiple times and being difficult) and have her mess up your wedding day, be my guest. I refuse contact. Don't reach out to me. This bridge is burned.

We needed a planner and coordinator because we had very little time and mental bandwidth to do much ourselves. Jena was wonderful and VERY patient with us about keeping us on task and trying to get us to do things on time. Even when we changed our minds about food at the last minute and our original videographer had to cancel at the 11th hour, Jena was on point with getting everything together that needed to be done. A couple planners didn't seem interested once we spoke and I mentioned Partial/Day of Coordination. I had narrowed it down to two planners. After speaking to Raimey and receiving her email with her quote, I knew she was the one. The photos she included in her presentation hit the nail on the head. A week leading up to the wedding was very stressful. Hurricane Lane was happening, but I knew we were okay since we had a Plan B. Due to the weather and flooding that was going on, unforseenable events happened. Raimey could have cancelled and we would totally understand, but she was there for us and a consummate professional. Because the weather was unpredictable, we decided to go with Plan B and have our ceremony on the lanai. She took my vision and made it a reality! Everything was beautiful and intimate. My first call with him seemed to go well...but…read morewhen I scheduled our second call with him to include my fiance', he didn't reply to my confirmation then had completely forgotten about the call when we called him making it unproductive to speak with him because he was out and about on his cell phone at the time. So then we tried using email instead and he had an issue where he wasn't receiving my emails that seemed to rectify itself later. Jana the videographer was helpful in getting us organized on site after the whole location change (and change back) confusion. The microphones she brought did not work, so our minister Harold had to go get a hand-held mic from his car which made for awkward exchanging of vows b/c he kept forgetting to put the mic in front of us to speak for the video. There was more confusion with Harold who asked us on-site which ceremony we wanted to do (we were not aware we needed to choose one of four options beforehand so were forced to choose randomly, even after I had tried contacted him a few times in the weeks before with no response back from him)...also the ukulele player needed to know the order of our songs beforehand which I hadn't even talked to Brian about, so that was another question I had to answer on-site right before I was walking down the "aisle". Harold also specifically confirmed our names when he arrived, only then to call Brian "David" during the ceremony and mispronounced my name several times before forgetting the day's date (he said November 20th when it was Nov 22nd). Brian and I are a very laid-back couple, so we were able to laugh about all these blunders afterwards...but I'm not sure another bride and groom would respond as well and I honestly don't think I would recommend your company to anyone else looking for help with their wedding and/or elopement.

We listened to them sing at the farmer's market in Poipu and knew immediately that we wanted them for our reception. John's voice is unbelievably great and he has performed across the US including a performance at Disneyland. We booked them for 3 hours and they really brought the party. Greenstone has a song list many pages long and they sang a variety of songs old and new. Our wedding ended with John and the band singing Don't Stop Believing and with our family and friends swaying around us in a circle. It was magical and would not have been the same without John
