Rick, the owner, who has been doing this for 20 + years is the one who came out and cleaned our carpets. He was careful, methodical and professional-it was a perfect experience. My carpets are a pale yellow (in the beige family) and look grungy quickly. I kid you not...their technician, Steve (in the business for over 30 years), came to our house and made our carpets like new! I scheduled my carpets to be done for the second time with Paradise. Steve was the tech that serviced my home. Received a call from the office that he was on his way, arrived minutes later. He is very knowledgeable but most of all meticulous. Being a bit of a perfectionist myself, he and I made for a good fit. He spent about 2 1/2 hours here at the house, answered all of my questions and touched up a few smaller items. Paradise is dependable, capable and thorough. The worst carpet cleaner I've ever had, maybe they have upgraded but the old guy, Steve, who came out to clean my white area rug from the truck did a poor job, edge marks and it was now cream color. This area rug is rarely walked on so it's wasn't worn down but I wanted it cleaned from just it sitting on the floor with dust accumulating. I was disappointed and called the owner, Rick, who came out, took up rug and took it to the shop for cleaning as he stated in shop they do a better job. Wrong! When it was returned, the edging was grey or ? wasn't clean and is now cream color which I hate. I only have white in my house even down to lamp shades, etc. read more

Tile and grout cleaning was fantastic. I had half of my mostly tile floors cleaned, especially the kitchen and dining area, to see how it turned out. Not only is the grout white again, but the tiles themselves are a shade lighter -- like new! Rick takes his time to clean every inch, all the while protecting your doorways and carpet edges from being touched by his equipment or water while he brings in water from the outside and sucks the dirty water back outside. He uses your outside water supply -- to go first to his truck through a water softener (!) to avoid our typical high-calcium hard water and it's residue. He charges by the square foot, not the time spent, and is quite reasonable for the amount of work and the outstanding results. read more

We had terrible carpets with lots of dog hair and no padding underneath. I have a 5 yrs old and an infant so it was very important for my husband and I to have them cleaned before moving in.
