The staff people are all really helpful - from locating inventory to providing samples so we can match. I'm at the end stage of completing the building of a brand new home…read more... I didn't realize that the really stressful part wasn't even with the Architect, or getting the permits, which was a little stressful. But it's the last minute making of selections for kitchen and island countertops and shower floors and walls and all those extra things that make the house special..... yet super time consuming, and can be very intimidating to walk into a store making sure you have the right dimensions and sizes and color combinations! Thank God my great contractor recommended me to Arizona tile. But you see , walking into their superstore, with all their selections, trying to decide between which type of stone and tile, etc., made me extremely overwhelmed and even more stressed! But then one of the sales designers atArizona tile, walked up with a big cheerful smile, and asked me the question that I most needed. She said, "how can I help you?" And help me she surely did! Not only was Debbie extremely knowledgeable about all the products and materials that Arizona tile carries, but she went above and beyond to ignore my ignorance about so much regarding the finishing processes of my showers and bathrooms and what I needed for my kitchen! Within 10 minutes of me showing her my blueprints and me trying to tell her what I was going for, it was like she was inside of my head already, knowing where to show me and how to direct me to the right places within the store. She answered every one of my 1 million questions with patience care and ultimate customer service! She treated my project like it was her own home. She went through my house plans all three bedrooms, all four bathrooms, some of which required special accommodations, like my steam room bathroom, and just made everything looks so easy as she helped me through the selection process! She is one of the kindest, most caring sales person I've ever encountered, in my 48 years. And that is not an exaggeration. I come from a background of home developers, and managed a large customer service department, but it's a whole different process when you're building a custom home yourself by yourself. There were ideas and suggestions that she offered that I would never have considered, until she presented them to me. Beyond her wonderful customer service, Arizona tile is also set up for the ease of the customer and they present a can-do attitude about everything you bring to their table. Debbie, I'm grateful for our "HOPE" connection, and even more grateful that Providence allowed me to have you as my designer. As you can obviously tell, I would recommend this place and especially Debbie, to anybody who is remodeling or building a home. I would have ran out of there too overwhelmed had it not been for Debbie. And It's night and day from trying to go to a big box store or even a smaller custom tile and stone retail store. And despite how busy she was every time I came in, she would spend some times up to two hours with me until everything was just right, and when we ran into a snag or a problem, she wouldn't stop until we had a resolution that was just perfect. Thank you, Debbie, for making me feel like I was always your only customer even though there were many other people who were in need of your assistance. I just can't say enough how much you made my dream home really come true! Thank you and God bless you and may this new year be especially good to you.

He took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me choose a material that would actually be sustainable and practical for my house--not just something that looked good in the showroom. I already had an installer lined up, and he initially had some concerns because he wasn't familiar with him. Jesse immediately stepped in to make sure everything checked out, confirmed that the company and process were reputable, and coordinated closely to ensure my materials were properly released. He also took the time to review the entire process from start to finish, which gave me total peace of mind. Jesse was honest, open, and never pushy, which made the experience so much better. I truly couldn't be happier with the service I received and highly recommend working with him and the Bedrosians team.

This was impetus to contact Smith's Carpet, Tile & upholstery cleaning. Jerhon came over at his scheduled appointment time and was punctual. We also decided to clean another sofa and our living room smaller rug and some white chairs that our one cat loves and of course had a lot of cat black fur on it. He also confirmed if we wanted estimate or to have work done. I wasn't going to shop around and compare rates I really went on high ratings (and read reviews), focused on a company that specialized in sofas and upholstery as many companies only did carpets (or had carpets solely in name and no pictures of sofas) and went with a company with longevity (25+ years in business I believe). In any case Jerhon went to work and fastidiously worked for 2.5-3 hours! He diligently and meticulously cleaned all our sofas and white chairs. They were immaculate afterwords...wow! There were some tough stains which have not completely disappeared but have faded so much that they are not really noticeable. I figured another couple of cleanings and prob will go away. He had mentioned that if we had pre-treated these stains in past or recently (we had) he could have used another cleanser etc. Next time we might go for that option. In any case we are ecstatic with the results and definitely will use this company in future and highly recommend!

Choosing Palozzi Flooring to install vinyl planks in our master bedroom paid off nicely in a…read moretimely, affordable endeavor. Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.
