Curtis is the best! we heard about Absolute Stone from several neighbors who recommended them. Called Curtis on a Tuesday afternoon, he answered the phone quickly and said he could look at the kitchen project at 8am the next morning. He arrived at 7:59 the next morning and gave a quote that we accepted. He was able to do the project the next morning at 8 am and again arrived prior to 8. Highly recommend. Curtis responded quickly to my inquiry call and set a prompt appointment for an estimate and repair to some chips in my white quartz countertop. He did such a good job I defy anyone to locate the repairs. He even fixed a poorly repaired chip that had been previously touched up by another prominent company here in the desert. I called Absolute Stone because my porcelain tile floor was stained. Curtis came over and unfortunately could not help me with the stain since it was a result of a chemical reaction to a rug pad I had placed on the floor. It was there to stay. He offered to help me find out where the stone came from. The next day he called me w/information that paved the way to a resolution. He called the builder and found out who installed it and even where I could find the same time (dye lot). He did not charge me a penny - he did it to help me out. Excellent job re-grouting our shower, looks great and best of all no more leaks. Gave a clear estimate of work to be done, arrived right on time and cleaned up when finished. We had a two year old shower that had hard water stains and build-up on the tiles, grout coming out--looked terrible. Needed it cleaned, got a couple of quotes, a couple "no responses", but Absolute Stone responded quickly, quoted a reasonable price, and did the job two days later. Came out looking new. Curtis did a great job and gave good tips on how to keep it looking good. He also noted that the joints in the stone around our sink had not been properly grouted and fixed that as well. Hope we don't need this done again anytime soon, but if we do, will definitely use them. read more
