This was impetus to contact Smith's Carpet, Tile & upholstery cleaning. Jerhon came over at his scheduled appointment time and was punctual. He was polite and pleasant and we discussed what we needed to be done. We also decided to clean another sofa and our living room smaller rug and some white chairs that our one cat loves and of course had a lot of cat black fur on it. He also confirmed if we wanted estimate or to have work done. I wasn't going to shop around and compare rates I really went on high ratings (and read reviews), focused on a company that specialized in sofas and upholstery as many companies only did carpets (or had carpets solely in name and no pictures of sofas) and went with a company with longevity (25+ years in business I believe).
