I've ordered from this place maybe 4 times now? It's honestly probably more than that. It was introduced to me first by my landlord, and then the Indian doctors I work with also order from here. Does not disappoint! Food is always good. Very creamy and rich curries. I usually go for the chicken tikka masala and the malai kofta. The samosa is delicious especially with the tamarind sauce. The naan, can't go wrong. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some good Indian food. Spice levels can be adjusted. I ordered chicken biryani online just now and they tried to trick me by putting the chilly chicken on the bottom with rice instead of the regular biryani. EXCELLENT. Absolutely excellent. I was ordering from here at work. I actually ordered for the first time and my psychopath of a doordash driver literally never dropped it off. The delivery instructions requested that he meet me in the lobby of my hospital. I STALKED the delivery map and made my way to the lobby as soon as I saw him approaching. There was no delivery man to greet me in the lobby. There was no package. I went outside the main doors and there was no human to be found. The sound of chirping crickets was deafening. I quickly pulled up the app to see his location on the map to find, horrifyingly, that the order was marked as "complete". There was no option to even get in touch with him (which, upon reflection, was probably in the best interest of both of us). Thankfully I was able to get a bit of a refund and order the same shit again. The restaurant called me (I actually initially thought it was the delivery man responding to my "where the fuck are you" text, so I started putting on my asshole tearing gloves) and wanted to CONFIRM that I wanted ANOTHER order of the exact same thing. Yes, I explained the situation. The second delivery driver has a soul and conscience and delivered the food. I was in the middle of dealing with stuff at work so I didn't get to it for a few hours. By the time I opened it up, it was worth the wait. I ordered: Garlic Naan- soft, fluffy, garlicky and delicious, a perfect vehicle for curry Samosas- THICK, STUFFED triangles with chaat and and my favorite: PEAS. Crisp outer shell. Palak Paneer- HEAVENLY, absolutely spectacular, creamy curry seasoned to perfection. Westborough, MA has one of the highest populations of East Indians in the United States because of the tech belt and the hospital system in the area. It's not uncommon to go to a store like BJ's or Walmart in the area and forget that you are not in Mumbai or another Indian city ... you can see cricket being played on the lawns of several of the apartment complexes off Route 9. With this influx of Indian immigrants comes the awesome opportunity to try some great Indian cuisine because there are so many Indian restaurants and grocery stores popping up. There are no less than 5 Indian restaurants within a 3 or 4 miles radius of Westborough and if you are a fan of unique foods, etc. the large Indian grocery market under The Christmas Tree Shop in Northborough is a must hit for fresh produce and unique products. I've been to many of the Indian restaurants in the area and find them to be hit or miss. I usually go to yelp and see the ones which have a high amount of Indian folks reviewing them well because those are usually the authentic ones. A word to the wise, if you want the TRUE experience ... you need to ask for it to be served spicy. Most places just assume if you walk in as a Caucasian that you will complain that the food is too hot, so you are given a very watered down version of the cuisine. I always tell them to make it spicy ... or 'make it like your grandmother makes it at home' is what I say to get a laugh. I won't lie, sometimes I just want a tasty Chicken Tikka Masala, which is basically the least authentic Indian dish out there ... but damn is it good! I usually reserve that order for somewhere like The Bollywood Grill in Shrewsbury because the food there isn't exactly the highest rated or most authentic. But back to Paradise Point ... I always get a curry of some sort. Don't ask me how to say what I order because I usually go based on the description in the menu and point to the dish. As long as it is spicy and flavorful, I am a happy camper. And here, it always is. The spiciest Indian cuisine I've had is actually at the place next to Julio's Liquor and Marshalls in Westborough. I leave sweating! At Paradise Point, it's a good amount of heat where a Naan side order is essential to help with the burning mouth ... but not so much that you'll need to dine with a box of Kleenex at the table. The flavors are good and it appears that there are fresh herbs in the dish. I went on a Saturday at 5 p.m. and I was the only one there. For the entire meal. I guess people must go for the lunch buffet? The service here is what you'd expect at most Indian restaurants ... the staff huddles in a corner and jokes and laughs and talks amongst themselves ... but when they bring the food to the table, it's as if they are nervously serving the Queen of England. Very capable and efficient but not overly friendly. The restaurant also has a very worn/broken in look which could put off some people. Very few Indian restaurants (that last ...) are artfully decorated for some reason. The one in the plaza next to Chop Kebob and Chick Filet in Westborough closed after only a few months despite the inside looking modern and sparkling like a W Hotel. I guess if Indian restaurants are too fancy ... it might turn customers off, or cost too much overhead to make good food. Don't expect modern furniture and décor ... it's rustic, but that's sort of the way all the best tasting Indian restaurants are. It seems like the more worn-out a restaurant looks, the better the food is. (There is a cracking faux leather E-Z chair recliner outside in the parking lot next to the entry door where staff sit and relax on break ... just so you know what to expect here.) If you are looking for modern and sterile decor, this ain't your spot. If you are looking for authentic East Indian cuisine that tastes good and fills you up, this would be a great place for you. The portions aren't huge but they aren't small either. The prices are reasonable for what you get ... and they have stuff which other Indian restaurants do not have such as carrot pudding for dessert. (It sounds gross ... but it's actually very tasty.) I wouldn't know how authentic it is as India is one of the few countries I have not been to ... but it tastes good to me! read more

I ordered delivery through door dash which it said it'd arrive in 40 minutes but they took my order in immediately and it was delivered about 15 minutes after - super fast! They filled EVERYTHING to the brim - what a dream. I ordered the Butter Chicken which came with rice (delicious), Garlic Naan (so good) and for desert Gulab Jamun which was the perfect treat. I can never pass up a Mango Lassi which i also ordered. Tip: if you get mango lassi delivered just pop it in the fridge for a little bit before indulging. My favorite food at paradise is chicken biryani, both chicken with bone and boneless always served hot and fresh . I tried goat biryani and goat sukha (entree), they are good too but my preference would be chicken over goat. We tried chicken family pack - serves 3-4 people comes along with chicken starter which is a great combo. Vegetarian- you may try palak paneer, paneer butter masala with garlic nan good combination. I would love to see paradise bring in some sort of loyalty program e.g, toast tab or any other discount program which may help more customers to enjoy paradise food. read more

We have tried Nawabi, Breadz and biryani, Mirchi nation , bawarchi restaurants too, compared to these restaurants definitely hands down paradise biryani is the best. Came here for lunch buffet on Friday and it was only about $12.99 per person. They only had one station of food but plenty of protein options including lamb! It's definitely a lot spicier than Mayuri or Soul of Indian but it was absolutely delicious! You know it's good when you only see locals eating there. Great service, great food and great price! About thirty tables and the place can accommodate larger groups too. Food is freshly made to order, and more importantly, the heat register of the food; the severs will ask how you like it... so use caution as your version of medium might be different than the cooks! It used to have good food especially biryani,but now that's not the case anymore. It has gone from bad to worse for food to customer service. Recently I called them up and placed an order for nattu kodi biryani. They hardly give any chicken so I asked them to add more chicken and I'll pay for it. They told me they cannot add more chicken. Inspite of consistently requesting them that what's the problem to add more chicken when I'm ready to pay for it, they did not had any explanation. The worst part is that they food I received that day was horrible. Chicken 65 was soggy and biryani was even worse (even my dogs wouldn't eat it, and I'm not even exagerrrating). This place is fantastic! Came here for lunch and honestly, I have no idea why we were the only people here. This is great Indian food. I recommend. The naan is very fresh and it is great. I had the Chicken Vindaloo- beware it is very spicy so for all those non spice lovers get something else. If you do like heat, then get it but medium heat... it's still hot! I also got the Kadai chicken. That was very tasty, lots of spice and flavorful. By the way, the chicken for both were perfectly cooked. You could cut through it with your fork. This has the best chicken fry Biryani I've ever had. The food comes in sumptuous quantities and is really flavorful. We even tried the chicken pepper fry which was really good as well. The restaurant has a pretty strong smell of all the spices and food, so someone with a strong sense of smell might not like this place to sit down and have their meal but the food is really good. My first mistake was that I assumed this place is similar to their franchise in Lowell - Paradise Biryani in Lowell - which is very good!. Apparently, they share just the name. That is about it. We had to throw most of the food away. 3. They never pick up the phone. I have to try like 5 times before they picked up the phone to take an order for a pickup. They said it will take 45 min to an hour which is longer than most other places. 4. Finally, this is the worst part. We ordered a chicken pepper fry appetizer to go with the dinner. Apparently, their appetizer is full of gravy, like a chicken korma, NOT dry. This is different than anywhere else. Try eating chicken korma as an appetizer. Tasted like crap. Mistakes do happen, I gave benefit of doubt and had to resort to Mc Donald's for late nights dinner. We often passed this restaurant and felt curious, but never stopped in. This restaurant location housed a Dunkin Donuts franchise previously. We decided to stop for lunch and initially were concerned about the exterior grounds of the building, as it looked a bit busy and not too organized. But upon consumption of their food, we were delighted that we stopped for lunch. Interior could use a refresh, but soon enough we felt this was find.
