Choose from Regular or Large shaved ice and customize it with more than 25 flavors, including Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Tiger’s Blood, Mango, Piña Colada, Coconut, Watermelon, and more. Add vanilla ice cream or a creamy coconut snow cap for an extra indulgence.
Unlike traditional crunchy snow cones, our finely shaved ice creates a light, smooth texture that absorbs every flavor for a refreshing treat in every bite.

Paradice was founded by Hayley to bring authentic Hawaiian-style shaved ice to Dobbs Ferry and create a fun summer destination for local families. After discovering how different true Hawaiian shaved ice is from the crunchy snow cones many of us grew up with, she wanted to share that experience with the Rivertowns.
Paradice is a family-owned seasonal pop-up, and you’ll often find Hayley, her husband, and their three kids working together behind the counter. Every shaved ice is made fresh to order with premium flavors and the goal of creating a welcoming place where neighbors can cool off, connect, and make summer memories.
We’re excited to spend each summer serving the community through the end of September and hope Paradice becomes part of your family’s seasonal tradition.

Hi, I’m Hayley, owner of Paradice!
I started Paradice to bring authentic Hawaiian-style shaved ice to Dobbs Ferry and create a fun place where families could enjoy a refreshing summer treat together. As a mom of three, I wanted to build something our whole family could be part of, so you’ll often see my husband, our three kids, and me working side by side behind the counter.
Paradice is a seasonal summer pop-up, and we’re excited to spend the season getting to know our neighbors while serving handcrafted shaved ice made with premium flavors and plenty of smiles. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, we hope every stop at Paradice becomes part of your family’s summer tradition.
