I bought a premium wash which is the equivalent of the triple play wash (their digital display now shows a Rojo wash menu so I assume this location has been acquired). My car was mostly clean but I usually go to Flash car wash in East Prov or Johnston RI and my car is much cleaner there. It's also really loud and my kid was holding his ears at one point. Bonus that the dryer at the end did a pretty good job. Vacuums - some didn't work and were clogged and another I tried had so little pressure I couldn't vacuum with it. I remember going to Triple Play in Attleboro frequently years ago for washes and they were pretty great. This North Attleboro location really needs some love both inside the wash and at the vacuums. If the Rojo display is any indication, it looks like this location will become Rojo soon. The Rojo in Walpole is an amazing car wash so hopefully they put some money into this place.

They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!

Prior to paraco takeover I never once ran out of oil in 16 years and propane always came in about 3-4 days. We only require a fill-up of the tank about every 2 years. This year they filled the tank and billed us for 40 gallons at $7.259 a gallon!!! Yes you read that right $7.259 a gallon for propane in Massachusetts where the 2019/2020 winter Weighted Consumer Season Average is $2.79/gallon according to mass.gov I called to request an adjustment but they refused and the only option left was to request they remove the tank so we can select an ethical company that does not price gouge. If you are an Osterman customer I suggest you carefully monitor your invoices from them. UPDATE: They reconsidered and have adjusted my rate to be in line with the Massachusetts seasonal average. I agreed to stay on a a customer. Moral of the story: If you get a crazy bill, fight it. Sometimes companies do the right thing in the end.

I called them and they helped me on the phone with ideas on how to unstick the valve. I've also had 2 tanks filled there. They are fast, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. They will even take the tank out of your vehicle, fill it and replace it in your vehicle. Only caveat that I can figure is that they are cash only (didn't see any evidence that they took credit cards).
