They were thorough, friendly, professional, and they got the considerably large and heavy pile of stuff I had out of my driveway within minutes. They deserve all the stars they get. HOWEVER... I found out that the truck they have to spend hours in does not have working A/C. We're in the Coachella Valley and there is no excuse for a professional company to not provide their people with functional air conditioning. NONE. The average July high in my area is 101°. It's inhumane to have people doing heavy labor in these conditions. Seriously, this is an outrage. Do better, 1-800-GJ. Take care of your people.

I was not able to be there when they came, but he communicated with me via FaceTime and showed me exactly what they were doing. He and his team went above and beyond and were able to save the tree instead of remove it! They added supports, cut the roots so the pavers we had buckling up would lay flat, and sent me photos to confirm all the work. Really appreciate great communication and good work!
