Upon reflection, I do accept my part in how things unfolded. I told Daniel that I was waiting for another bid, and I understand that may have influenced his decision. However, I wish he had simply communicated with me rather than discontinuing the service without an explanation. Good business relationships depend on communication. We can always talk things through, and a simple conversation could have prevented the misunderstanding.
