(While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. They after a couple years the roof started to leak all over. They came and told me the screws had backed out so they tightened them. A couple years later the same thing. This year there were several more bad leaks they came and "tightened" screws again, but it still leaked. Joe told me it looked like a rafter was sagging from moisture and that is why it was leaking. Later i found a panel that was over lapped incorrectly and that was causing one of the leaks. I let them know but they haven't got back to me. I had another roofing contractor look at the roof. He said not only wast that panel incorrect but the roof it self was not installed to the manufacturer specifications and that it would always no mater how many times they tighten the screws. The only fix it to replace the roof and install it correctly.
