However, the young man I encountered today completely changed that perspective. He spoke professionally, had a pleasant attitude, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He truly deserves recognition -- honestly, I was so impressed I almost offered him a position on the spot. Please keep up the great work and make sure he gets the acknowledgment he deserves.
