Upon arrival we met with Gladys at the flower shop and assured us the secured delivery and knew exactly where to deliver. We placed our order and as you know funeral arrangements are not cheap. On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

I was able to send photos of past arrangements of hers that I liked via text message and photos of the cymbidium orchids that my grandma used to grow. Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

Both small sized and large as well as pots, planting materials, and other gardening accessories. If you want orchids and to have your pick from a variety of colors, you should come here.

First off he started with cleaning a table and sitting us down (other places didn't even bother to stop what they were doing). He then asked what date we needed the flowers( wedding-occasion) he didn't want to lead us on and deliver a half worked job If he was overly booked. Luckily he wasn't! We then went on by showing him what we wanted and the specific flowers. We wanted peonies but it wasn't its season anymore the wedding was in September so we just missed it's peak. He was very straight forward about the flowers and that he would try and get what we wanted but would let us know if he couldn't. We didn't get the color specifically we wanted but he worked his magic to make it look just as perfect. All in all the bouquet was everything we wanted! Would highly recommend. Ps, read about the yelper for Valentine's Day I mean come on let's be realistic don't show up the day off and expect and bouquet there and then specially if he's a highly booked person.

They charge an ungodly…read moreamount of money for tiny, sad bouquets and then cancel on you DAY-OF on Valentine's Day. -- 1. They charged $150 for a tiniest (and objectively ugliest) little bouquet. 2. I placed the order several weeks in advance and then they called me day-of, past noon on Valentine's Day to cancel the pick-up order due to high demand and inability to fulfill (must be a high demand for terrible service and ugly bouquets this time of year). 3. When I was panicked and needed solutions since flowers were sold out everywhere at this point, the business strangely gives the option to cancel OR pay $29 for flower delivery. Not sure why demand was too high for a pick-up order but the business could suddenly grow more flowers in the parking lot as long as you paid extra to deliver. Basically forced an additional $29 on me but 5 stars for speedy gardening, wow! 4. They also explain that I can drive out to a different branch to check for bouquets left on the shelf, which I did - but surprise, there were no flowers left on vday. Who could have guessed? 5. Lastly, they promised delivery by 6pm. As the time approached and no ugly flowers were in sight, I called again and they gaslit me saying that they originally promised delivery by 7pm and not 6pm. The flowers arrived at 6:58pm, so at least they got that right. Truly an embarrassment of a business and florist, if you can even consider this place as a real business. So much for "Noble" Garden Florist - the only words I can think of to describe this place is irresponsible, unethical, incompetent, and disappointing. I'm fuming as I write this review because this florist is beyond abhorrent. Anyways, I hope this place shuts down. I'm convinced it's a front for money laundering, because nothing else could justify this sickening service.
