I got married in late November of 2015, and Carolina and her partner helped me navigate my wedding that took place in two parts, the comune in Florence (otherwise known as the Palazzo Vecchio) and the reception/second ceremony/etc at Villa Montalto, our venue. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were extremely organized which meant that my husband and I were a lot less stressed out. You have NO idea how complicated things can be planning a wedding with 100 guests in a country where neither of you was born. I could not thank them enough because we truly had a beautiful day that was very much part to their help. I also recommend using them for villa rentals in Tuscany, I live here and it can be difficult to find a reputable agent and they are awesome at finding the perfect villa for you (including one that was the legit 'bramasole' in 'Under The Tuscan Sun' in Cortona.

We could not have pulled off our perfect, gorgeous wedding without her!! Kimery knows everything there is to know about any facet of weddings. And she has great instincts and amazing suggestions that always made things better, and that were always in service of our vision and the feeling and style we were going for specifically. She always heard us and advocated for us and was in our corner at every step. She was also able to guide us in choosing vendors and vendor packages, and in connecting us with anyone we needed (or wanted), even as new ideas came up! And we had the most amazing folks working on our wedding, literally not a complaint about anyone or anything! She went above and beyond in every way, most significantly when we lot our venue two months before our wedding date. It was a scramble to find a new venue that could do the same date, which Kimery was indispensable in. And then after that we had to re-jigger our plans to the new venue, which at times was overwhelming, but Kimery always talked us through those moments and made it manageable for us. Alex and I could not recommend Kimery more fully. She will make your wedding better, the planning more manageable, and the day-of execution go as smoothly as possible. She really is that good!

We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We booked her early-she was our first vendor booked-which was the best call as I loved having someone I could go to to help me verify vendors, suggest design options, and answer other random planning questions throughout my 1 1/2 year-long engagement. Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. She very nimbly helped me translate our existing layout and communicate our decisions and preferences to the venue. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space. Finally, Claudia was kind and lighthearted throughout the entire process, but has exactly the type of direct forward, take-charge manner that is so needed when coordinating a wedding! After our first meeting, we both had a great feeling about Susan and hired her as our wedding planner. Since then, she has been there to help and guide us along the way. Fast forward to 2020: the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Unfortunately, about two months before our wedding date, we decided to postpone it and elope this year instead. She took care of every single detail. She communicated with all our vendors, moved everything from our original wedding date to the new one in 2021, and promptly started working on the details for our elopement day. On November 15th, 2020, my husband and I eloped! Everything was absolutely perfect and more stunning than we could ever imagine. The entire process leading up to that day was fun, enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. Having Susan as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. She is detail-oriented, organized, talented, and so incredibly sweet. One of the things I appreciate most is her communication skills. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful.
