Called the emergency number on the scooter with guest services on the boat. There was only 1 thing they had me try. It did not work. Had to have my daughters and some crew members push me to an outlet multiple times during the cruise to charge. Would only hold a charge for 2 hours. Called company was told it would take 7-14 days to hear from them. Did not hear from them. Called my credit card company and they had me send an email. Special Needs answered my email claiming they "tried to reach me and left a vm". They did not. They also said they checked the scooter and there was nothing wrong with it. They accused me of not charging it nightly. It charged all night long every night. They also claimed they talked to the cruise we were on and that they told them. I had no issues. Are you kidding me I called you during the cruise. I will never use this company again. Horrible.

Out of nowhere, a woman from the company stormed into the shop yelling that my car had been hit--and then bizarrely started blaming me for being parked there. I wasn't even in the vehicle. What made the situation worse was how unprofessional and evasive they were. They wouldn't tell me who had been driving the van, and they flat-out refused to provide any insurance information. It wasn't until the Broward Sheriff's Department arrived that they finally started cooperating--but even then, the driver withheld their insurance, leaving me stuck dealing with a rental claim and chasing down a police report. I've tried to handle this respectfully and directly, but the lack of accountability, the aggressive behavior at the scene, and the refusal to provide legally required information has been incredibly frustrating. This company may provide services to those in need, but based on my experience, their professionalism and integrity are seriously lacking. I would think twice before trusting them with anything important--especially when they can't even take responsibility for a simple accident.

We made a little small talk while they got my prescription, nothing weird or forced, it was actually welcome since a lot of people now barely greet customers. I paid, which was exponentially cheaper than the previous pharmacy I used, and went on my way. They saved me almost $60! While I waited, I looked around and aw they have a big selection of pharmacy items and DME. The store was also very neat and clean. Furthermore, he was willing to accept a prescription on the phone from my wife's Dr. In short, Dr Allen spent a considerable amount of time until the Doctor contacted him and a prescription was generated. This is beyond normal help, from a medical man for a California customer that most likely will not be in the area once again. All I am saying that this type of service is not the usual service that we receive in the present time, from the large chains. If I was a local, I would direct all my needs to this pharmacy.
