Her deep-tissue work actually gets into the muscles without feeling rough or rushed, and she pays attention to every spot that needs extra care. The stretching she incorporates is such a game changer it leaves my body feeling lighter and more open every time. I've also tried her cupping and lymphatic drainage sessions, and both were incredible. The cupping released tension I didn't even realize I was holding, and the lymphatic drainage left me feeling refreshed and noticeably less puffy. Jojo knows exactly what she's doing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. Also the energy of the place is very peaceful and soothing. I can't recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who truly understands the body and puts real intention into every session, go see Jojo.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and myself. Unfortunately, while his massage was great,…read moremine was completely unacceptable. From the start, my therapist appeared distracted and unprofessional. Her phone continuously vibrated during the session, and I could physically feel her stopping and shifting as if she were checking it and replying. While I heard my husband getting a massage done with oil, she spent the first half just rubbing her elbows over the sheet because she was texting and didn't want to get her hands oily. She would stop and I could feel her wrist move or she'd massage with one hand. At times, she paused entirely. While I was on my stomach, she only worked on my left side and barely touched the right side of my back. She spent an excessive amount of time lightly rubbing my left leg with no pressure or technique. I never received a full, balanced massage -- my right side was largely ignored, and parts of my arms were never addressed. The unprofessionalism began even before the appointment. When I called to book, I was told via text to schedule that way instead. The responses I received appeared careless, including what looked like a child's message and a sticker of children a few hours a had made the appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a call stressing that I needed to be on time because another client was booked after me -- as if my appointment was somehow less important. This experience left me profoundly dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. A massage should feel attentive and professional. Instead, I felt disregarded and undervalued. I will not be returning.

Wow. I had such a great experience today with Kelly. It's been about 5 years since my last Botox…read moretreatment, and honestly I'm a little annoyed with myself for waiting so long. I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. I'll absolutely be back to have my crow's feet done, and I'm even considering signing up for their monthly pass. Highly recommend Kelly. Thank you so much!

This was a very disappointing experience. I arrived 15 minutes late (which I understand is my…read moreresponsibility), but the way they handled it was unacceptable. The front desk told me they would shorten my treatment by 15 minutes, but if I wanted to cancel instead, they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee. So basically, I was forced to accept a shorter service for full price. I asked for any kind of discount since I wasn't getting the full treatment, and they said no. Very unfair. After my procedure, I had to wait another 10 minutes while the administrator was talking on the phone. No apology. No explanation. She didn't even tell me about payment right away -- just completely unprofessional. Customer service here is terrible. No flexibility, no empathy, no respect for clients' time or money. I've honestly never experienced anything like this before and I will never come back.

For the past year, l've been a regular client at Jin's Massage after suffering a serious accident…read morethat injured my left leg. I first started coming here around December of last year looking for real therapeutic help, and I can honestly say the professionalism, consistency, and work ethic at this place are the reason I continue returning. I've had sessions with Nina, Anna, Emma, and Cassie, and every one of them has done an outstanding job. They are respectful, professional, focused, and genuinely hardworking. Cassie especially stands out to me. She is quiet, humble, and incredibly dedicated. She doesn't spend time talking or distracting herself-she simply puts her head down, focuses on the work, and gives everything she has from beginning to end. In today's world, that kind of work ethic deserves reconnition and respect. What I appreciate most about this business is the professional atmosphere they maintain every single day. There is no nonsense, no uncomfortable environment, and no inappropriate behavior --just legitimate massage therapy from people who truly work hard at what they do. You regularly see women, men, and couples coming here comfortably, and that alone says a lot about the reputation and trust this place has earned in the community. also want to address something I hear people complain about far too often: tipping. Before criticizing gratuity, try giving someone a deep tissue massage for 60 to 90 minutes yourself. It is physically exhausting work that requires strength, focus, patience, and endurance. Even five minutes of massage work takes effort, let alone an hour or more of nonstop physical labor focused entirely on helping someone else feel better. What many customers fail to consider is that these therapists are not performing one massage a day-they are often working back-to-back sessions for 8 to 10 hours straight. That level of physical effort and endurance takes a real toll on the body. The fact that they continue showing professionalism, patience, and quality service throughout the day deserves genuine respect. Personally, I believe if someone helps reduce your pain, stress, or physical discomfort, that effort deserves to be appreciated properly. When people leave tiny tips after receiving quality service and real relief, it honestly says more about the customer than the therapist. These women work extremely hard, and respectful compensation should reflect that. To everyone at Jin's Massage: thank you for your professionalism, consistency, hard work, and the care you've shown me throughout the last year. Places that maintain this level of professionalism and dedication are rare, and the people behind that deserve genuine appreciation and respect.
