Professionals know better than to name names when they're dealing with someone known for threatening lawsuits (among other things). And you're not the only company who does it, unfortunately, but you're one of the worst. IMO. But all those workers you allegedly fired to "make room" for cheap replacements? They existed. So did the installers who walked when the promises broke. Instead of obsessing over usernames, maybe ask yourself why so many skilled hands vanished--and why none are rushing back.
