The folks at Tight Line not only communicated well with both of us but also responded to any questions rapidly and were highly respectful the entire time. First box checked! Second box - quality of work: Mr. Gibbs and his crew painted my ceiling, touched up the walls, pressure washed my entire exterior + driveway, installed cabinet handles, and sanded / painted the front porch railings and rear door trim. Their work was outstanding. Seriously, their price is very fair and even lower than others had quoted but their level of work was second to no one. Second box: friggin nailed it. Lastly, they provided thorough estimates, stuck by their word, and provided pictures of all work completed. Even my tenant went out of her way to compliment their efficiency and quality. Use them for your next job and you won't regret it.

(This low…read morerating score makes no sense) If you're looking to do any kitchen or bathroom remodeling, I would stop your search and give them a call! After getting several quotes for a full kitchen remodel I went with this company and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My only regret is I didn't have them build and install the cabinets. For a fully remodel kitchen and bathroom with hardwood cabinets, soft close draws, and Cambria quartz counter top I was quoted 19.5K from design to full install. Billy was the main representative I dealt with; he never tried to up-sale me, actually quite the opposite, was extremely knowledgeable, and truly made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns I had he quickly addressed or provided reassurance. If Billy was off Gary quickly filled in to help with what he could and was equally amazing. Ken, who works mainly in the back, builds the cabinets and also helped install my backsplash for an amazing price and workmanship. I have dealt with a lot of good companies, however I can truly say this one is in the top 1% for its professional, knowledge, and pricing.

The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad.

Nothing was done to building code and I had to watch them every step of the way for cutting corners and doing shoddy workmanship. Owner Chris would drop off the young guys working for him and leave for hours leaving them unsupervised doing work they had absolutely no experience in. They left work unfinished every step of the way. One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with.
