I was skeptical about coming here and honestly it's because of the prices. But after much Google searching and really needing a hair cut I decided to come to Los Barbers. Luis had been recommended by someone who's known him since kindergarten. I thought this was amazing! So, made my appointment online, made an exception and went and got a haircut at 9AM. I've never gotten up this early for a haircut appointment. -LOL- But it's all Luis had available for today. This barber shop is "extra-extra" clean! The first barber who greeted me was nice. In a good mood considering it was 9AM. (haha) I waited for Luis, my newfound barber two minutes. (Not bad at all) A friendly guy, good and positive energy, a cool vibe and right attitude. Exactly what I was hoping for. I am all about the "attitude." Overall, I understood why the prices. Yes, Mondays and Tuesdays they have walk-in specials for $25 but I had an appointment. Yet, I still got a little discount and some complimentary hair products. Thank you Luis! Los Barbers is an experience. I cannot vouch for anyone else that cuts hair here, but I can say that Luis has set the tone for what this shop is all about. I observed the other two barbers working on clients and they seemed good. I am happy to report I found my new barbershop and better yet; my new barber. If you want to look good; seek no more. Los Barbers is the place! My first time here and definitely not my last. That's why I'm not giving 1-star. Unfortunately, all of that means nothing if you can't actually get your hair cut. The first time I made an appointment and it was delayed by half an hour with the only notice being 10 minutes before the appointment. If I was on a tight schedule, there's no way I would have even stuck around. I wasn't, so I did get my haircut and had those few positive things to say at the beginning of my review. Now, I'm writing this review sitting outside of the shop for my second appointment. No one showed up. The contact info posted only returned a "call could not be completed" message. I stopped going to my previous barber in the area because the same thing happened, now it looks like I'll continue my search for a reasonably-priced barber that actually respects their customer's time.
