Sounds like a hiring and training issue, but I am sure it was hopefully quick to be rectified. My family has been members since before I was born and now my husband and I recently bought a bond to eventually become members ourselves, in the near future. Some of my best memories as a child and teen occurred at this pool, still have lasting friendships from it. My sisters have memberships and it's awesome to watch their kids have fun just like we did.
