I feel lucky to have them in this area, and I don't know what I would have done without them. After the huge snowstorm, I got my car stuck on my property. I called them, and they came that same night which was way more than I expected. Jake has an amazing and impressive truck, and he very competently and professionally got my car out of a tough spot, taking care of it as if it were his own. He had to push through a lot of snow just to reach my car, and he did everything pleasantly and at a most fair price. I was expecting in my situation that most tow companies would have charged much much more or had no interest in helping me.

After calling Onstar we were put in contact with a towing service from this garage. Robert and Hunter were the tow truck operators that night and truly turned out to be the best part of a difficult evening. They were skillful, efficient, funny and most importantly, kind! They drove us to our hotel and helped us unload our very packed car, then towed it to be repaired. We couldn't be more grateful.

Despite the damage I brought my car in with, it looked as if I had driven it off the lot for the first time. I had a very simple request to have a range hood removed and reinstalled the correct way. Wanted…read moreit completed as a gift and out of 6 reviews from business this was the only response, so I went with it. The person is to personable and lacks business professionalism when it comes to home repairs. More experience is needed in this department because people do not want a one to two day job at the max spanning multiple days, as if the job was being deliberately bleeding to get more money out of the customer. The only thing that was delivered out of the project was the reduction of the frame because it was stainless steel and needed to be cut other than that the customer should never have to assist in the job because the handyman did not know how to reinstall what was removed. The persons attention span to the job is very limited, had I not been called to keep him on track the job would still not be complete. The value he requested for the finished work was more than anyone should pay for his services. He never showed on the schedule he said and never updated anyone as to why or where he was, we were constantly having to call him. He charged for a plywood board that he said he had to cut in actuality it looked like he just went with a piece he found that was as close to the size he needed, shorter but he made it work. All parts and materials were provided he only had to cut metal and do the work and still I had to be involved to get the job done. For his in home handyman work I would look elsewhere and he should stick to outside work that requires less structural issues.
