However, just last night my daughter needed to be towed 10 miles and another towing company came from a greater distance. The bill was less than half of what G&G charged. Needless to say I feel taken advantage of. The BIG difference in price is what prompted me to write this review. They were WAY too expensive.

How was I supposed to know you have 2 different numbers for one company? Also, don't exaggerate; I called twice, 2 different numbers, not 4 times. You called my sister 4 times asking her why she gave you a one star, when it was me; she had to block you as well. Plus, you were rude when I called the second time to a completely different number. Learn some customer service if you have a business. Including my call record: 2 different numbers within minutes lol, so my one star stands since you were rude and now you're trying to lie on my name. When I called the second time minutes later, you picked up "You just called me; call someone else." So save your time; go somewhere with better customer service.
