The pico wasn't included in my order, instead they have me some sort or brown gelatinous sause. I passed on that. The tacos were good. They don't offer a grilled option so I had to get the battered version. The batter is very heavy and retained quite a bit of oil. The cabbage, pico, and crema were delicious, just kind of lost in all of the heavy batter.

The restaurant is tucked into a small strip center off of Lee Trevino - it's not a huge dining space but there are plenty of tables and bar seating available. Board games such as Connect Four, Checkers, etc available to play. Lots of menu options to choose from. The crab nachos caught our attention to start with as an appetizer. For the main courses we ordered Fish & Chips, Shrimp & Chips and a plate with three tacos (asada, shrimp & fish). The nachos were unique but I think I'd opt for the chips & queso that I saw the table next door enjoying, next time. For the main courses, our favorite was the shrimp (alone & in the taco), followed by the asada taco and then the fish (alone & in the taco). Fries were crisp and good too. Overall, solid 4 star rating, with good service from the staff.

The Organic Taco Machine. This is one of those rare trucks that has as much to offer meat eaters as to vegetarians. My co-worker got the Cheech taco, which had a grilled ring of cheese and flank steak. She said it was an awesome taco. I on the other hand had a jerk fish taco and a "Karrot" taco. The jerk fish had a nice sweet and spicy flavor, like real jerk does. The carrot taco was superb as well, with shredded carrots, a cardamom yoghurt and plump raisins. After trying it, I almost ordered the other three veggie options... But I was broke and needed to get back to work. We also both order yucca fries. They were expertly prepared, evidenced by the fact that they weren't too thick and starchy as they could be. My co-worker liked the tomato jam that came with it, but I found it way to sweet.. However, they were great enough to give me wasabi mayo, which was perfect for those! I would say the only downside is, at $3-4 a pop for corn tortillas tacos and sides, it can really add up! If price was slightly lower, I think it should be a great value.

Tried it for the first time tonight. The Ay Thai tacos with yucca fries. AMAZING!! Can't believe I…read morehadn't come across this gem before. Officially stalking this food truck.

We got everything to go and it was outstandingly delicious. Here's what we tried: -Pastel en hoja that's filled with sauteed eggplant. it's masa is made with plantains and/ or other tubers, then cooked in plantain/ green banana leaf. It was delicious. -Mofongo. We got Mofongo solo without meat- A dish made from fried and mashed green plantains and garlic sauce. It's so far the best mofongo I have ever had. The pieces of fried green plantains were super freshly fried and the mofongo had strong garlic flavors. Vegetable empanada: To our surprise the vegetables were loose inside and were pickled/ tart which was delicious. The empanada dough was so fresh and so delicious and we both felt we never had such a seriously good and fresh empanada. This place made a super strong start to a food-er trip! Very vegan and vegetarian friendly. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! Its hard to find shrimp tacos as an option around here and boy did they make em right! My husband stays true to his bistec tacos and he was impressed by them! The only problem was some of the meats pieces were on the dry, overly seasoned or even burned side but he was still thoroughly enjoyed them. You also get a baked potatoe with your orders which is still new to us. We had no idea how to eat it without trying to just mash up the inside with the butter they add to it and maybe some onions. It was off zaragoza in a lil food truck business complex, really easy to miss but they have lights encircling the area so you can spot the place out still. There are a handful of bench tables you can use but tonight was so cold, we stayed in our car! And the guys were kind enough to even walk our order to our car! Super nice of them! Loved how they have a lil salsa bar too for red n green salsa, guac, onions n cilantro, lime cuts. It was all delicious! We shall return!

Sorry but they were disgusting to say the least. I don't know who is writing these reviews but this place is so not 5 star worthy. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars for that matter. Let's start off with the tortillas, they are the store bought ones and apparently not the good kind. So bad in fact that my 9 year old who loves Tacos decided to throw them out and only eat the meat. I tasted one of his carne asada Tacos and not only were they extremely salty but they had a sweet flavor which I could not distinguish for the life of me. Maybe they put all the salt on his Tacos and skipped out on mine because they were basically flavorless. My Tacos Al Pastor had grilled onions and bell peppers on top which totally threw me off. They are supposed to have pineapple on top, I think all of us are aware of that. The meat was tough and hard. And even as I added some more toppings, salsa, lime, and salt thinking it would add flavor it didn't. Needless to say I didn't finish them and neither did my son. Won't be back to this place....
