The bartender was great and since we were from out of the country, chatted with us and told us about some other great spots in Oslo as well as some history of the area. Then, we ordered off-menu and got an Aviation and a Sazerac, which the bartender whipped up for us. My Aviation had egg whites in it per my request and it was amazing.
