People don't give this place enough credit!!! Service is superb! Food is always great! Prices aren't bad... I've tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed! Try the shrimp cocktail! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Fast service, fair prices. Friendly staff. I always order the chive burrito. Located about 10 min. south of Beavers Bend.

This is THE PLACE for the tableside quacamole. It is perfectly seasoned. I agree with others that the quesos are very bland. I feel like it is pretty Americanized. Several at our table order the Alambre dish that has your choice of protein along with ham, cheese, onions, peppers, rice and refried beans. Everyone else had food left to take.....NOT ME. I devoured that lunch portion and it really filled me up. Mom and Dad ordered fajitas and seemed to enjoy them. The chips were slow coming out at first but it was right when they opened the doors at 11:00 and when we did receive them, they were piping hot! Redeemed! I am sure that we will return.......

Apparently they haven't had a liquor license since August 2022, and half the place is under construction. The white queso had no flavor, the Guac was bad and had two pieces of string cheese on it. The staff were friendly so that was a plus. The salsa tastes like tomato water and the chips are obviously out of a bag.

This is a very authentic Mexican restaurant. They do not make their own tortilla chips, however, which is just as well because normally I overeat those and have no room for my entree! My husband and I both ordered the beef burrito and I was pleased with the freshness of the burrito ingredients and noted that it was not loaded with a bunch of shredded cheese. We ordered ice tea and it was fresh brewed and refreshing. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. We would definitely return and try some more of their menu offerings. I was pleased to see on their menu too, that they served menudo on Saturdays as well as tamales. I would definitely return for that and give it a try.

Everything is made to order in their tiny kitchen and delivered with a smile. They have canned drinks and some Mexican sodas, but do not serve fountain drinks. Their prices are also very good! There are no chicken tenders at this place, so make sure picky kids are prepared for that!

We so wanted to give this place a great review, but it's a 2 star only for the chips & salsa…read more Salsa has the perfect mix of spice. It took about 30-40 minutes to get our food after ordering. The kids ordered kids quesadillas, they were good. I ordered the lunch fajitas that came with 2 tortillas. Why? I don't know because there was barely enough chicken for 1. If you like onions and peppers, I suppose you could enjoy 2 fajitas. The rice was good, beans so-so. My husband ordered the burrito plate, one bean and one chicken. They came out as a beef vs chicken. We let the waiter know, but after waiting so long, no way we were going to wait to get it right. The waiter showed no remorse. The kids meals came with a choice treat and mine chose gummie bears...they were out! We saw that they offered free sopapillas on Sunday's....which we heard nothing about. We won't stop here again for sure.

Food is not as pictured and is portioned to save money but priced high. I ordered Ribeye Fajitas cooked Rare, was asked 3 times how I'd like it cooked... the meat was well done and looked like plain fajita beef. $25 and you get 6 strips of beef, very small anount of rice and beans and 3 flour tortillas. The quesadilla dinner looked like a kids meal and everyone else's was about the same, small portions and left hungry. Table comes with chips and salsa but if you want the regular cheese sauce you have to order and pay for it. All in all over priced, and bland mediocre food. Waited another 15 minutes to pay at the front, also they add a customer service fee and automatic 15% gratuity, I always tip 30% good or bad but not if you force it. Was excited to try but Taco Bell fast food is better and cheaper than this sit down restaurant.
