Ordered hand tossed, got thin. Ordered extra sausage instead of ground beef, couldn't even see the sausage. Tasted worse than cardboard. I paid $19.99 for a really bland and tasteless pizza! read more

Great customer service and yummy food. Taste is out of this world. I highly recommend, you are able to fine tune ingredients to your individual tastes. read more

Ordered crustless pizza with 5 toppings. Asked for less cheese. The container it came in is about 6 inches by 9 inches in the interior, and about 1.5 inches high. The ingredients they assembled in it only came halfway up the interior. For a couple of spoons of sauce, a little sprinkle of cheese, and a few mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onions and ground sausage, my receipt showed I was charged almost $25.00. Holy cow. I guess there's still not a good option for me, except maybe the frozen cauliflower crust pizza at the grocery store. read more

I wish that I could write a positive review given 15+ years of excellent service and amazing pizzas. This last visit in March 2025 was a disaster. I came home with a pizza crust that rose to 1/8-inch thickness and would not fully cook. It was impossible to eat. I shared pictures with the staff and they agreed to "put my name on the wall" and they would comp me a pizza for my trouble. When I returned to pick up a replacement pizza, the staff blamed me for ordering the wrong type. I sincerely hope that they can get this corrected. I miss the old Papa Murphy's service and food. read more

They don't always make the pizza to order especially if you place it online. I had them add something to my pizza that I did not aaak to have put on it. It made me really sick and all they told me was to bring it in and they would remake it. Then today when I sent my hubby to pick our order up, he heard the guy tell the one he passed the pizza to, after the guy asked him, how do I know which side to put stuff on, and the guy replied back it didn't matter. well hello, it does because his side has stuff I can't eat or I will get really sick. I would never recommend them unless you go in and teach them make it. read more

We always get our pizza from PaPa Murphy's! It would be hard to not like a pizza when you pick the toppings and you cook it yourself! I am not a meat eater so I get the gourmet veggie delight with dairy free cheese. My husband likes ham, pineapple and black olives with extra cheese! My teens like the all meat pizza! We have never had a bad pizza or a wrong pizza. The cinnamon desert pizza is a big hit too. read more

The food mediocre and the service was terrible. The manager is rude and constantly yelling at her employees. I do not recommend. She also yelled at me. read more

Papa Murphy's - Beautiful pizza but not what I wanted even though my Daughter requested sausage three times. - Pizza Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

We've been ordering pizza from the Sierra Vista location for awhile now but it seems lately that you're getting charged more but they are putting less and less, severely skimping on the toppings that they are charging for. The pizza we ordered tonight will be our last. We ordered a thin crust pizza but the crust was so thin that the toppings were falling through and the crust tasted old. It's a shame. This was our go to for pizza but not anymore. read more

Great pizza! And you cook it at home, so it's hot when you eat it. They have some great specials. Staff is polite.

I use to get coupons in the mail, in the paper all the time. Now I have to fill out a survey, that if you don't do right away it's no good & that only gives you a couple bucks off of different sizes if I can get through the crapo website and actually finnish the review. I was also informed that I couldn't use my coupon that I had in hand because of that reason. So I paid full price, and for $18.50 I get a pan of 5cent dough and "sprinkling" of assorted items none of which cost over a dollar. Great....... I can and will do better myself at home from now on. Your corporate cheapo changes have held the door open for me to walk out and not return. read more

Love the pizza at Papa Murphy's and the fact that you bake it when you are ready and it's nice and fresh.

Friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Hadn't been there in awhile (covid, etc) so the clerk, Mikee was happy to answer questions about new programs, offers, etc. Pizza was great! Highly recommend the chicken bacon artichoke spinach delite pizza (thin crust). Be sure to join their MySLICE rewards program; took an extra $3 off my pizza! read more

This review is not for the location it is for your employee Megan. She made us 2 pizzas last night and did everything we wanted and then some. She makes the best pizzas have ever had at the Sierra Vista location on Fry Blvd. Not only that her personality was awesomely phenomenal and the customer service was beyond excellent. She needs to have her own store or be promoted to the Manager of that one. Anytime we go there and see her she never lets us down. We always do pizza nights once a week. She is normally there when we go, we are good customers and spend on average 35 to 50 dollars when we go. Simply put Megan is really amazing and we appreciate her service. To the corporate leaders at least give this woman a raise. read more

The BEST pizza in town. It's like a Subway but for pizza!! "Take & bake". Best idea ever. I wish every town had a Papa Murphy's. What I love is how generous they are with the toppings, and the wide variety of options (sundried tomatoes, zucchini, etc). Their "take & bake" desserts are also really delicious. The prices are reasonable - they run a lot of specials have a customer loyalty card which allows you to earn a free pizza. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend. read more

OMG. Best pizza in Sierra Vista. Their pizzas are take and bake so it's so convenient to pick one up for dinner on the way home from work. They go heavy on the toppings, which is awesome. You can also call ahead and place your order for later. Even if you just walk-in to order, they get it ready for you pretty fast! read more

We went here last week for a pizza due to the wonderful reviews. Boy were we surprised, not a table in sight, just a counter pushed up to the front of the establishment. No dine in, No take out, just " take and bake". That's tough when you are staying in a motel! Wish I knew that before we went there. read more

We order pizza from here maybe a couple times a month. The large Hawaiian is our fave but I like their thin-crust pizzas too. The employees are usually friendly and fast. I never have to wait long for a walk-in order and if I call in my order, it's always ready when I pick it up. So glad to have a Papa Murphy's in town! read more

Best pizza in town! Hands down. I never heard of take away pizza before or maybe I'm just stupid and didn't know about it. Haha! o.0 The place is extremely clean and the staff are usually pretty down to earth. I need to find one of these in California! read more

LOVE this place! When I first heard about the new pizza place where you pick up a pizza to cook at home I thought, "WHAT!? Who the heck wants to buy a raw pizza just so you can take it home and cook it yourself!" Figured this would NEVER work. Then I kept hearing folks talking about how good it was so I had to see for myself. I'm convinced! Their rewards program keeps me coming back for more! Try to go there at least once a month. I cooked one of their pizzas on the BBQ grill and when I bit into it I professed to my kids that 'This is the best pizza I have ever had." That good. Try it! read more

I gave up on this place. Their prices for the size of pizza is crazy, especially since I'm doing half the work. It was nice when I lived out of town to have a hot pizza. Other than that, I prefer Papa John's. read more

The best take out pizza in town! Staff very courteous and friendly. They don't skimp on the toppings, they're very generous. Your pizza is made fresh right in front of you, you can even call ahead and just drop-in and pick it up on the way home. Pop it in your oven and in about 18-20 minutes you'll have a fresh and Hot pizza (not just warm after you pick up a pizza from one of the chains to take home). Once home you can add other ingredients/seasonings that you may like. Don' t usually have to wait very long for your pizza if you just walk in and order. This is a great place to get a really good Pizza! Much better than any of the chain places. Give them a try, you'll be surprised how good their pizza is! read more

See all

These guys are always happy to see you walk in! Best customer service in town! I get my pizza here mostly because it's a pleasant experience dealing with the workers, when you walk in and/or when you call on the phone. And they always get my pizza order right. Also, there's nothing like having a fresh-baked pizza right out of the oven. The taste, in my opinion, is better than the other pizza joints in town. read more

Papa Murphy's will always be one of my favorites!!!! It's so tasty and has a variety of options, and is so affordable! They usually have awesome deals, and some locations offer military discount! I personally loved the garlic chicken pizza with veggies. They're deep dishes are also phenomenal and oh so filling! One slice and you'll be set! You can call ahead or order online for pickup. Sometimes they do get swamped, but they will do everything to make it right! Give it a try and become obsessed!!! read more

Outstanding service! I have strict dietary requirements due to severe food allergies, and the pizza makers were patient and thorough to ensure everything was safe for me to enjoy! I was very, very impressed! Parking is plentiful, easy in, easy out! Great. read more

Very frustrated with the experience today. Called in an order at 5:02 PM and was told the pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at 5:23 PM to pick up the pizzas and they were not yet made. We ended up waiting until 5:44 PM to get our order which again was a call ahead. The staff was friendly but very disorganized. read more

Fell in love with their pizza with the first one we tasted. Have gone back several times. Always so fresh and delicious! Love the pan crust the best! If you're feeling very hungry and adventurous, get a stuffed pizza. So huge and filling! Never had a bad meal from here. Love, love, love! read more

There is little reason to go anywhere else. The pizzas are inexpensive, tasty and quick to prepare. You can get one made to order or just get one that is ready to go at the counter. (For those who don't know, you go into Papa Murphy's a buy a pizza that is ready-made to take home for baking.) In the time you'd spend waiting for a delivery pizza you can go pick it up, unwrap it, bake it and serve! The pizza is hot out of YOUR oven -- and, there's no driver to tip! read more

You can't beat Papa Murphy's if you want great pizza. The Sierra Vista store is always clean and friendly. Service is fast - even if there is a long line! Baking their pizzas at home is as easy as preheating the oven and setting a timer. No mess, no fuss, and a very very good pizza every time. read more

We had received a pizza and it had given us food poisoning. We later decided to try again when we had a party and there were puddles of grease to pour off of the pizzas and most took much longer than the suggested cook time. Aside from the pizzas, the employees seemed less than excited about the customers or their jobs.. Overall, I hope they eat the pizzas they make, and make adjustments accordingly. read more
