Ordered crustless pizza with 5 toppings. Asked for less cheese. The container it came in is about 6 inches by 9 inches in the interior, and about 1.5 inches high. The ingredients they assembled in it only came halfway up the interior. For a couple of spoons of sauce, a little sprinkle of cheese, and a few mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onions and ground sausage, my receipt showed I was charged almost $25.00. Holy cow. I wish that I could write a positive review given 15+ years of excellent service and amazing pizzas. This last visit in March 2025 was a disaster. I came home with a pizza crust that rose to 1/8-inch thickness and would not fully cook. It was impossible to eat. I shared pictures with the staff and they agreed to "put my name on the wall" and they would comp me a pizza for my trouble. When I returned to pick up a replacement pizza, the staff blamed me for ordering the wrong type. I sincerely hope that they can get this corrected. They don't always make the pizza to order especially if you place it online. I had them add something to my pizza that I did not aaak to have put on it. It made me really sick and all they told me was to bring it in and they would remake it. Then today when I sent my hubby to pick our order up, he heard the guy tell the one he passed the pizza to, after the guy asked him, how do I know which side to put stuff on, and the guy replied back it didn't matter. well hello, it does because his side has stuff I can't eat or I will get really sick. We always get our pizza from PaPa Murphy's! It would be hard to not like a pizza when you pick the toppings and you cook it yourself! I am not a meat eater so I get the gourmet veggie delight with dairy free cheese. My husband likes ham, pineapple and black olives with extra cheese! My teens like the all meat pizza! We have never had a bad pizza or a wrong pizza. The cinnamon desert pizza is a big hit too. read more

We've been ordering pizza from the Sierra Vista location for awhile now but it seems lately that you're getting charged more but they are putting less and less, severely skimping on the toppings that they are charging for. The pizza we ordered tonight will be our last. We ordered a thin crust pizza but the crust was so thin that the toppings were falling through and the crust tasted old. It's a shame. I use to get coupons in the mail, in the paper all the time. Now I have to fill out a survey, that if you don't do right away it's no good & that only gives you a couple bucks off of different sizes if I can get through the crapo website and actually finnish the review. I was also informed that I couldn't use my coupon that I had in hand because of that reason. So I paid full price, and for $18.50 I get a pan of 5cent dough and "sprinkling" of assorted items none of which cost over a dollar. Great....... I can and will do better myself at home from now on. This review is not for the location it is for your employee Megan. She made us 2 pizzas last night and did everything we wanted and then some. She makes the best pizzas have ever had at the Sierra Vista location on Fry Blvd. Not only that her personality was awesomely phenomenal and the customer service was beyond excellent. She needs to have her own store or be promoted to the Manager of that one. Anytime we go there and see her she never lets us down. We always do pizza nights once a week. She is normally there when we go, we are good customers and spend on average 35 to 50 dollars when we go. Simply put Megan is really amazing and we appreciate her service. To the corporate leaders at least give this woman a raise. read more

The BEST pizza in town. It's like a Subway but for pizza!! "Take & bake". Best idea ever. I wish every town had a Papa Murphy's. What I love is how generous they are with the toppings, and the wide variety of options (sundried tomatoes, zucchini, etc). Their "take & bake" desserts are also really delicious. OMG. Best pizza in Sierra Vista. Their pizzas are take and bake so it's so convenient to pick one up for dinner on the way home from work. They go heavy on the toppings, which is awesome. We order pizza from here maybe a couple times a month. The large Hawaiian is our fave but I like their thin-crust pizzas too. The employees are usually friendly and fast. Who the heck wants to buy a raw pizza just so you can take it home and cook it yourself!" Figured this would NEVER work. Then I kept hearing folks talking about how good it was so I had to see for myself. I'm convinced! Their rewards program keeps me coming back for more! Try to go there at least once a month. The best take out pizza in town! Staff very courteous and friendly. They don't skimp on the toppings, they're very generous. Your pizza is made fresh right in front of you, you can even call ahead and just drop-in and pick it up on the way home. Pop it in your oven and in about 18-20 minutes you'll have a fresh and Hot pizza (not just warm after you pick up a pizza from one of the chains to take home). Once home you can add other ingredients/seasonings that you may like. Don' t usually have to wait very long for your pizza if you just walk in and order. Papa Murphy's will always be one of my favorites!!!! It's so tasty and has a variety of options, and is so affordable! They usually have awesome deals, and some locations offer military discount! I personally loved the garlic chicken pizza with veggies. They're deep dishes are also phenomenal and oh so filling! One slice and you'll be set! You can call ahead or order online for pickup. Very frustrated with the experience today. Called in an order at 5:02 PM and was told the pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at 5:23 PM to pick up the pizzas and they were not yet made. We had received a pizza and it had given us food poisoning. We later decided to try again when we had a party and there were puddles of grease to pour off of the pizzas and most took much longer than the suggested cook time. Aside from the pizzas, the employees seemed less than excited about the customers or their jobs.. Overall, I hope they eat the pizzas they make, and make adjustments accordingly. read more
