Unfortunately, the driver had no gps and had no idea of where I lived for the delivery. How can a delivery driver not have gps? Beats me. He called and texted numerous times to try and figure it out. I basically had to go meet him to get my food about 10 minutes from here. Food was cold and hard. They will not have my business anymore. read more

Very unsatisfied with this branch of the chain. My husband picked up a pizza that was supposed to have "light" sauce on it and it had WAY too much sauce. I had to spend about 15 minutes removing toppings and scrapping sauce off the pizza. The sauce was also so sloppy, I had to wipe it off the crust and the cardboard with a wet rag. Toppings also appeared to be basically thrown onto the pizza and were literally hanging off the edge of the pizza. My pictures include all the excessive sauce I had to scrap off and the pizza after I gave it a wipe down and tried to clean it up. If you have customizations, I highly recommend supervising the employee and not being too shy to speak-up so you don't end up with a mess of a pizza like I did. read more

Not a pleasant experience -- We ordered a pair of thin crust pizza's, and upon going to pickup, they looked wrong. We inquired TWICE with different staff, and they snippely responded "these are thin crust!". We took the pizzas home, baked-up, and upon out of oven. Sure enough, these are not their Thin crust, but the other thick hard crust. We call in, and the supervisor admits they "Ran out of Thin crust earlier in the day", and our response; Why did the young man say repeatedly were "Thin crust at order then" . . . "Uh, I don't know; he knew we were out of thin crust". They offered no reasonable fix to their error, and required that we return both pizzas that night (to get any money back on their mistake) -- That's exactly what we did (40-minute round-trip), and won't be coming back. read more

First of all, credit to these guys for being the only ones open on a Monday night at 7:30. Second, this place is clean! Probably because people just get in and get out. Still, I can appreciate this level of cleanliness. Rachel, the shift supervisor that took my order, did a really good job. She was accurate and efficient, while still being patient and personable. The pizza was ready to go in 5 minutes. I give 4 stars here because I do not find their pizzas as flavorful as Dominoes. But I still like them better than Pizza hut. Best pizza I ever head. Really enjoy that I can buy the pizza and then bake it when I need to. I like that the employees were gloves when making the food unlike other places. The quality was good and there are more toppings than other pizza places. Overall a good place to eat with nice employees. read more

Still here waiting for the pizza I bought 45 minutes ago. No one else in the store and one kid standing by the pre make ingredients TEXTING. The pizza isn't even cooked here so why should it take this long?? Much better off going to MOD pizza or the pizza spot next door. This is the worst Papa Murphy's take n bake I've visited! They are so amazingly cheap with their toppings and blame it on packaging and owner. I asked for me pepperoni and they said they can only add 30 additional pieces because that is how it comes? So you go from 10 pieces on the pie to 30? Oh my goodness!! I have never had this horrible of service IN MY LIFE!! I usually never write reviews about any restaurant, but this Papa Murphy's is so unprofessional. Customer service is so big to me. The only employee that was professional and polite was this blonde hair girl named Joy. I called asking for a manager but no one was available. Then, 5 minutes later I had a phone call from them asking what the problem was. I want to speak to the manager not the same girl I spoke to the first time I called. I did NOT appreciate watching one of the employees knocking one of the pizza's out of the girls hand not even apologizing. They also were communicating with food in their mouth. I am trying to order food not watch you devour a mouth full of food while I order. I did not appreciate the horrible customer service and the way the girl took my order. I will be calling Papa Murphy's tomorrow asking for a manager. This is not how we should be training young adults for future job positions. What I saw tonight was horrific and border line bullying towards another employee who did her job the way she was suppose too. I expect something to change. Papa Murphy's is in the former space of the Green Dot Sub Shop. The store is well decorated inside. There are several different pizzas to choose from, and you can also design your own. The staff gets the pizza prepped, and you get to take it home to bake in your own oven. We got the herb chicken Mediterranean pizza, which was easy to bake and tasty to eat at home.
