We know to call right away at 4 so we can have dinner at 5. But after trying both weekends with no answer for 50 tries. Guess we will stay with another place in town. They answer the phone. Really sucks, their pizza is great. But 50 try's and 20 minutes later I give up. I'll go to another place where they answer the phone.

(actually like old Cicero neighborhood - real Italians) Only downfall is they do NOT have a big Menu to choose from. They should be making Ravioli, Lasagna, etc. If they are as good with those dishes, as they are with the pizzas, they would have a non-stop crowd. Noticed a lot of people picking up pizzas to go. That is their forte - their Pick-up service. They need to expand the Menu. Many people would go for other Italian dishes. We would.

I tried Marcos because another parent from my kids school really pushed to do a fundraiser for the PTO. So I figured; give it a try. I was in the area yesterday and figured it was a good pizza night. I live about 20 miles away; not really a convenient location for me, but since I was in the area I thought I'd try. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza; great quantities of meat, and a pizza with bacon, tomato and cheese. The tomato was a bit soggy; I'd suggest tomato diced vs. slices. I ordered through Yelp- did not know that was an option. Very handy! Yelp worked with GrubHub for the order. I arrived early and watched the pizza maker place the order in the ready area. So I got out of my car went in... ding ding rand the bell. And waited... and waited and waited. The pizza maker saw me and ignored me completely. So I waited more. The delivery person and someone working dough in the back were chit chatting. I tried to step into their view. The lady working the dough finally noticed me. Said, oh... then proceeded to walk to the register; not washing her hands as she had been kneading the dough. Without saying a word, Grabbed a money bag and loaded it up with cash, said here to someone Then.... After all that, busily walked back to the counter area and FINALLY (after about 5-7min) asked me if I was the Grub hub order and my name. Yes; that's me. Handed me my pizza and went back to whatever else. The service was very lacking. I don't plan on returning anytime soon; between the service and really not being anywhere close to my home; it was very inconvenient.

They have cut back on the toppings to the point that we basically getting a cheese pizza regardless of what we order. This week we ordered a 14" pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni. The half with sausage had 6 small pieces spread out on that half with one slice no sausage and the other with two small pieces per slice. On the pepperoni side it was a bit better, with at least 2-3 small slices per piece. We called the establishment and talked with the assistant manager and her comment was they do not count out how many pieces they put on the pizza. Not at all concerned that we were disappointed. We called them about 2 months ago and got a similar response. We will not be going there again.
