The young lady who responded said I needed to come in to order and she not only directed me to a door but next she came out that door and waved at me. I pulled out of drive thru, parked and entered the indicated door. She patiently took my order and asked and answered questions. I now have the cake ordered for my nephew's birthday! I added a buster bar to my total, paid, and received a receipt for pick up via drive thru next Saturday. All very nicely handled and I look forward to receiving the cake next week. The lady waiting on me said that this process allows them to keep the drive thru order line moving swiftly. Now as an aside. I did not go to the DQ closest to my home which would be in Union, MO due to the reviews I read on YELP.
