I love just a bit outside their delivery zone, so if I'm in town, I'll occasionally stop in and order. I'm recently coming out of a medical condition and I've had to switch to a low protein diet. This often involves gluten-free products as well. So, I ordered a gluten free, vegetarian pizza today with "light" cheese and extra sauce. I wasn't sure how it was going to go over. Let me say that 1) the gluten free crust was GREAT. It was a thin-crust type and actually had some flavor to it! The marinara was delicious and the toppings were fresh. The pizza was ready in the blink of an eye and when I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted with friendly service and a smile. I'm sorry for the bad reviews, but my experience with this location was excellent today and I appreciated the service AND the food. NOTE: the kitchen cannot promise avoidance of cross contamination in regards to the gluten issue. If you are a TRUE celiac, you might be out of luck, but they make this VERY CLEAR on the web site / app when you order. Since I'm avoiding gluten as a part and parcel of protein issues, I felt safe going ahead and ordering the gluten free option.
