I ordered the cheddar style chicken sandwich with lettuce & tomato added to it however I wanted to swap out cheddar for Swiss. We both got onion rings and I got a cherry cheesecake shake while my mother got water. When I got to window, I was informed they didn't have tomatoes. I didn't realize how complicated just ordering a sandwich was at this place. The chicken was a little dry but had some life in terms of charred flavor however the lettuce was a bit old and wilted. It was almost average just judging what they put on it. My mom got the cheese burger. She said hers was like cardboard and had no flavor. Overall, my experience was horrible as there's just too many mistakes when it's not even rush hour. I mean the people were nice, but they need to pay closer attention to the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my only visit unless you want onion rings. Consider other options or check your order thoroughly for freshness and accuracy.
