A simple pizza order gone wrong. The order took over 1.5 hours to receive. When I finally got the pizza it was cold. As you can see from the picture the cheese isn't even melted. Only two problems: BBQ Chicken and bacon pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had. I've had other BBQ pizzas and they were 10x better. The sauce was two sweet, couldn't taste the bacon and chicken wasn't barbacued, the second problem is papa tracker is not updated. The tracker said pizza still being made when driver knocked on door with pizza. The good news is that they have fast delivery and always faster than estimate. Pizzas always exactly as ordered. This is the third time in the past couple of months that our order has been wrong. Every single time, they somehow give us a pineapple pizza which we don't even want and the only solution they offer is to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for the correct one. Poor customer service, Poor service, poor management The manager, Odalys, has a non professional attitude and doesn't respond until the customer is aggressive. I ordered twice and they went to the wrong address the second time they went to the wrong address and then swore it was delivered. Manager states she is clueless on how I would get a full refund, rewards included. Only issued refund after I came in person. I asked before coming when I would be refunded was told by staff manger said she didn't know. Was put on hold 3 times hung up on, when I called the 4th time employee answered immediately saying manager "said it was delivered". When I arrived in person, manager slid a void receipt across the counter. I asked about the $20 rewards used she said it had nothing to do with her. Asked for her supervisor's information she refused to give and said file a complaint online. Once I got loud with her then she was ready to communicate and started to ask her staff questions, I advised the real problem is her attitude has I heard her repeatedly when her staff was on phone asking her about my concerns. After her staff confirmed what I told her (she implied it wasn't true before asking) she just crossed her arms and commented to the other employee "see what I go through with her" referring to the other employee. She nodded her head that she heard the problem but no apology no nothing. Called customer service and was advised the voided transaction automatically sends backs funds and rewards. Why the manager does not know that, I'm not sure. While I was on the phone with customer service (almost 2 hours after delivery) the neighbor from the next street arrived with my order. Just as I told the employees and manager is was delivered to his house. Unfortunately he wasn't home and the delivery was left on his porch. However, I selected for my delivery to not be contactless or left on the porch. I was also clear to include in the delivery instructions to ensure right address and not the house on lane. It was left there anyway. This could have all been handled before there was a problem, if: - delivery went to the right address - Delivery followed both directions in order don't leave order and don't go to Lane - manager actually came to the phone instead of sending the staff back on the line after her issuing an poor attitude - manager asked delivery who they left the order with (it was to be in person) - manager asked delivery what color house they delivered to instead of responding to my concerns like I was trying to steal pizza Definitely will not be returning. Odalys "manager" definitely needs training in quite a few areas, and shouldn't be leading a team when she is so ill equipped in company process, customer service, and resolution options at this time. read more

Always quick and great service. Pizza was cheesy perfection, as were the employees. This is by far my favorite papa John's store to visit.

This place needs to shut down immediately, this is disgusting to have as a topping on my pizza, to top it off general manger could not even come up with a conclusion or a an explanation to this disgust. I visited on April 1, 2023 at 11 AM, I ordered a cheesesteak pizza medium. I waited 20 minutes for the pizza. Traveled back home. I called the store to verify what was on a Philly cheesesteak. Once they told me what the toppings were, I informed them I have a Philly cheesesteak pizza with no steak. The manager at time (Jesus), did not apologize for the mistake told me that I need to bring the pizza back for them to verify and to remake the order. again, with no consideration for the customers time and effort, Jesus said, go ahead and file the complaint. So that's exactly what I'm doing. By the end of the interaction with Jesus I felt like I was the one working for Papa John's, but paying them my money to solve my own issue with the service. I concluded my business with Papa John's. An hour and a half into this ; I ended up with two medium pizza From Domino's and a savings of $5. For this store to earn any future business form me, I would like to know what you would have suggested Jesus do to resolve this issue. Thank you. read more

Marcos the manager is the absolute worst. No customer service skills at all. He is extremely rude, and should not be interacting with customers at all. We ordered the new pizza announced on tv, and the pizza was extremely thin. The cashier was nice, and said she would ask her manager to remake the pizza and give us a regular pizza. Marcos denied the request, and said they made the pizza how I wanted it and how I ordered it. He made it clear that he was not going to remake my pizza and told me I could leave the pizza outside if I didn't want it. I then asked to speak to another manager, that's when George came by and honored my request for a refund, since I didn't want the pizza to be remade by then anymore. George was very professional, and made me wonder how someone like Marcos could also have the same job title as him. Marcos should be hidden in the back. He's too aggressive to speak to customers. This is my 4 time coming to this place. I'm not big on pizza, but I do like their bone in wings. The place is new and a locally owned franchise according to what I've read. Each time that I've called and gone in the associates attending to me have been very pleasant. The location is clean and the associates look professional. I hope that they can keep it up. I also noticed that the majority of the workers are teenagers and young adults. I'm glad to see that their given a chance out here. read more

This place is good! I have ordered online several times and picked up at this location. Food has always been ready when I get there (about 15 -20 min from my house). The Papadias are amazing. Not a huge fan of their online ordering, but it works... The store has done an EXCELLENT job during the Caronavirus pandemic. No more than one customer in the store at a time, plexi-glass at counter, and employees wearing face masks and gloves. This is a new papa johns and I had great expectations for it but they ended up ruining the night for me and my hungry kids. I called and was told my address was out of range. I offered to tip the driver extra if they still delivered. I am in the redland and google maps says its 4.5 miles from the store. I placed the order. 45 minutes later, no food. I called and asked to speak to the jamaican accented manager. I was told she was busy but that my order was nowhere to be found. I was then told the driver had left with my order. The same person on the phone then said my order was carry out and it was still in the store. I asked to cancel. I finally spoke with the manager and she said the driver went out with it but had returned because I cancelled. I told her I was told the order was still in the store and that is why I cancelled. Worseeeeeeeeeeeee service! The so called manager working there SUCKKKSSSS! How can someone be a manager and not know how to handle a situation. I ordered a pizza almost 2/12 hours ago and NO communication at all was given to me. I called within an hour and half and he said my pizza was on the way. 30 minutes passed and nothing was here. I called again and he gave me the story my pizza was still in the store, I asked him to speak to manager he said " I AM THE MANAGER" I told him why do you lie to your customers instead of communicating with them?
