The service is a bit slow, took about 10 minutes to get waited on. Then I was told when we went to order food, we couldn't order anything from the grill. Their grill was broken. The food was not good at all. It was cold. The onion rings were greasy. The chicken wings were dry. The celery was brown. Not a good experience. And then to make matters worse, it was about 25 bucks for what I bought which my bad I didn't pay attention so I got to pay $30 for food. I did not enjoy. read more

I've had to just walk out countless times because no one comes by my table to take our drink order after waiting for 45 minutes plus. And if you're sitting outside, forget about it. I would have probably had a better appetite during this meal but the bathroom was right next to us where someone had thrown up in the urinal and my husband and kids immediately complained about . These five stars are all because of the great service I experience today by Andrea. She was very kind, extremely attentive, and when we asked what she recommended, she did nooooot fail! I got my usual wings but she recommended a drink I believe it was a mango habanero.. can't recall but it was BOMB! Everything was fast paced of course because it's a sports bar but this young lady really surprised me with her steadiness and professionalism. Soooooo I was in the mood for some wings. Came and had on of the worst experiences! We were sat and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come, I flagged down the host and she let someone know and it still took another 5ish minutes before someone came over, mind you people that were sat after us was greeted and ordered. Finally someone comes and he almost acted like he didn't want to be there I have no idea what his name was because he didn't tell us. I made sure I put in my entire order one the first visit because I wasn't sure how long it'll be before he came back. ( I didn't see him for another 45 minutes ) the manager Jason came over and basically was our server. The food still took a while ( debated if I should pay for the drinks and cancel the food.) We brought a large group here and had an amazing experience! We arrived at a time when the restaurant was packed and luckily the patio was open and available for us. First off, employees working the take out counter, seem to be interested on their cell phone than handling incoming calls, when I called to ask what had happened to my half missing order(without even knowing if it was a customer to place an order) I was hung up on twice! Our waitress also accommodated one of the members of our party who had a food allergy and she showed genuine concern when we mentioned it, it was a nice gesture.
