We first tried them on Halloween and I must say they are so friendly. The restaurant was clean and the staff were smiling and also speedy with their work. We got the jack o lantern pizza , wings and their breadsticks and everything was very good and fresh. We will definitely try them again! read more

Had a late dentist appointment next door and decided to stop by and pick up pizza for dinner. I placed my online order from the parking lot. It literally took 15 minutes from placing my order to walking back to my car with my pizza. The pizza was actually really good and the service was excellent as well. Good job Papa John's! read more

After what i saw today i won't be going back. I went into the orange blvd location and ordered a small pie with a young lady who took my order. Standing next to her was another female, tattooed sleeve with sunglasses on her head preparing pizza dough. Another customer walks in to order and tattooed girl takes the order (no gloves) handles the cash and returns to her station handling the pizza dough like its no big deal. Didnt wash her hands- no regard at all that she is handling someones food! So gross. read more

Admittedly ordered rather late in the night, but well before closing time. The tracker said my order was being prepared and baked and then out for delivery but I received a call 30 minutes later saying I would need to pick up the food as the driver's vehicle had broken down. I understand things happen but this was so obviously a lie. I would be more understanding if they had just been honest. I ordered to pick up $50 dollars worth of food I get home and opened the box's and the garlic nots were bunt and the garlic bread sticks were not sauced so I called and the lady picked up was rude as hell as I was telling here about my my issue she answered "so what you trying to say" so I asked to speak to the manager he answered and he was also rude when I told him about how my food was Burt he was like no it's not I cooked them they were fine. Today was my birthday. I ordered a pizza from Papa John's online. The online order generated a message that my order would include a free BIRTHDAY COOKIE for my birthday. I tracked the order from my car and when it appeared as "READY" I exited my car and went inside. Upon arrival to pick it up, I waited 10 minutes while the cashier took his time taking a lengthy telephone order. When he finally finished, he did not greet me nor did he apologize for my long wait. I counted the employees standing behind the counter. Including the cashier, there were 6 employees. They did not appear to be working. I told the cashier I had been tracking my order and it was ready and gave him my name. He proceeded to print the receipt and gave it to me for my signature. He then gave me my cold pizza. I said "where is my birthday cookie?"He said to wait a minute and went to speak to another employee and came back and said they didn't know anything about birthday cookies. He said they would be glad to SELL ME A COOKIE. I told him that my review would reflect the horrible experience of bad service ON MY BIRTHDAY! Needless to write I will never waste my money or my time at this horrible place. Jabrewski's restaurant and Domino's Pizza across the street make delicious pizza. read more

About a month ago I ordered two large pizzas. Upon getting home and opening the box there was pizza missing out of one of the boxes. When I called the girl who answered said she didn't eat it. She also stated that nobody else there would have eaten it either. Instead of offering to make a new one she argued that no one ate the pizza before it was in my hands. When I asked to speak to a manager she stated there wasn't one there that night. I called back the next day and all they offered me was a credit for the pizza. Yesterday I decided to order from the same location since my normal pizza place was closed already. Giving them another chance because not every business is perfect. My husband goes and picks up the order and when getting it home and opening the box we find it's the wrong order. I call the store and the same girl answers from my prior issue and I can tell by the mousey voice she has. She tells me she gave my husband the order for the name he said. So I said to her I guess he gave you "Patricias" name?!?! She said I don't know what name he gave but I gave him the name he said. I told her I want to speak with a manager. She puts me on hold. She comes back and says hello?!?! I said where is the manager?!?? She says I didn't know who you want to speak to. She tells me to hold on again and someone gets on the phone who sounds exactly like this same girl and she swears up and down she's a different person and she's the manager. I definitely don't think she was any kind of manager. This person tells me I can keep the pizza that was just picked up and paid for and coke back and pick up my other order and pay for it. I was like excuse me?!? I told her I just paid for the wrong order and now you want me to pay for two orders?!?! She puts me on hold and comes back and says to just come get the pizza. So I send my husband back to the store and upon arriving he asked for the manager who I spoke to by her name "Angela" and there was no one there that was this person. Nor was there a manager there. The store is being run by a bunch of teenagers. I contacted corporate via email and I have gone back and forth for two days now with someone who says they are the general manager but can barely complete a proper sentence. After telling this person about how the customer service of the location SUCKS they want to now have someone call me who is the assistant manager. I requested twice for this "general manager" to call me and they did not. I also received an email after an email response I sent about how this store is ran and it reflects upon the crappy customer service I got from this "general manager" and I was given the excuse that my emails for requests of a phone call got lost in all the emails the store receives. Unfortunately my usual pizza place Avanti on Northlake was closed so I ordered from this Papa John's location once again. I will never give them my business again not even late night orders! Dominos has never given me a problem!!! read more

If there had been a zero star option- I would have selected that! We decided to order pizza, wings and soda online- the estimated wait time was 60-71mins which was fine- OR SO WE THOUGHT! We waited, and waited, and waited.... after 71mins we checked the status of our order online and it said it was "being made" (which turned out to be a lie, as our order was not even started). My husband called the store to check on the status of our order after 10mins of no one answering the phone he decided to drive there to cancel the order! Come to find out the employees had taken ALL of the stores phones OFF the hook so no one was able to get a hold of them, and the reasoning for doing so was: "we are behind and can't change the online wait time". If you know you can not make and deliver an order in the time allotted at least call the customer and apologize for any inconvenience, or call to give an updated time with the option to cancel the order. It looks like corporate will be getting a call and an earful of how awful their Loxahatchee store and service is- not to mention how they are most certainly giving the Papa Johns company a very bad name. Jabrewskis we will never again cheat on you with crap pizza places like Papa Johns in Loxahatchee! We will gladly pay a little more for a better quality pizza and zero let downs! Potential customers of Papa Johns- save yourself the time, hassle and headache and order from a different pizza place! Trust me you will be much happier. read more

So glad Papa John's opened up in Loxahatchee. The Dominos Pizza across the street always messes up their delivery orders. We've ordered twice from Papa John's - delivery is always faster than their time estimate, food arrives hot and everything you order is actually delivered to you. I was delivered the wrong order. I ordered Hawaiian pizza and brownies, they gave me pepperoni pizza and wings. I am severely allergic to pepperoni. I only give one star because the brownies are delicious. Next time have better service.. read more
