Should not take 18 min for a single chicken sandwich at the drive through…read more I was told to pull up and it would be a few minutes. Ok. Then after 12 min I went inside. Manger told me it would be another 5 min because of a shift change. There were easily 10-12 staff around and plenty of cooked food. The place was hardly busy self only one other vehicle in drive thru while I waited. Back in my car, and at 17 min since my order nobody came out so I went back inside and a guy made the sandwich. Only my second time at a Popeyes. If this is how they do it, I'm not impressed. Another couple was also waiting on their mobile order frustrated as well with how slow it was.

One was a white female , one was a black male . I asked if he was the black male on the line and he just hung up on me I called back he said " don't call here again or I will report you to Sheriffs office , that's racist" He just hung up on me continuously for next few minutes and then put on the automated answer service. This Pizza Hut store is BS , I've never encountered a situation like that in my life ! Funny thing is I'm African American and he's playing the race card ! Why ? Well he obviously lied about my order and hung up to avoid accepting responsibility for screwing up my order . Lesson learned. Check food at all times when take out , AND avoid this store - they don't hire good staff .

I'm real disappointed with my visit this evening. I just left there. There were three waitresses…read moreworking. I found that out when we were about to leave. Only one acknowledged me even though I stood at the counter finding out whether we had to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. One of the reasons I stood at the counter is because there weren't many people in there and i'm almost positive that we would have never been acknowledged because I was standing there and wasn't even acknowledged right away. There was one lady that finally came to take my order. After that there was the bartender, who also happened to be our waitress as well. Here I am thinking that she was the only one there, since it was pretty slow. But that wasn't the truth. My husband had to get up to pay the bill since no one came back to the table for him to pay. He found out that there were two other waitresses on the other side of the establishment that should have been working. But they weren't. They weren't helping us like they should have been. The food portions were very small and without seasoning. No one ever came to check on us during our dining experience until we had finished our meal. Our table never got cleared off until the end, because I am assuming that this waitress that did finally wait on us, who was also the bartender, was just too busy working at the bar to come back. Someone did try to help us at the end but it was too little, too late. We still left a tip though. The macaroni and cheese had very little flavor and my husband's was cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy was also cold. They need to step their game up. I'm also disappointed in those small buffalo chicken egg rolls as well. They were extremely small for the price. I've had much larger egg rolls than that for the price that we paid. For almost ten dollars, they should have been much larger. Reply to the so called owner.... What you just stated isn't true. And it's more of a reason why I will never come back! There's no reason for me to look for anything to complain about. Don't tell me that I give what I get. From the time I walked in, I stood there for a long time before anyone acknowledged me. As a business owner, you are supposed to make your clients happy. There's no reason for you to try to blame me for being unpleasant toward anyone. I'm the one paying my money to patronize your establishment. If everything was okay, then this would not have been a review that I would have left. You all need to get it together. I never had an attitude, but I was disappointed because I had to stand there and no one did acknowledge me. There was no reason for me to make this up or to lie. What's even worse is instead of you trying to apologize about what was done wrong. You instead threw the ball at me like I was the problem. You are absolutely despicable!!! The other thing you need to do is go get rid of those flies in there. It only takes a moment to get a fly strip. We should have taken our food to go. Then we wouldn't have had to deal with all the flies or the poor service. The owner left a nasty message towards me like I was the problem and this was my reply to her. I explained my experience that she got upset by it. No one should be treated this way....
