Manger told me it would be another 5 min because of a shift change. There were easily 10-12 staff around and plenty of cooked food. The place was hardly busy self only one other vehicle in drive thru while I waited. Back in my car, and at 17 min since my order nobody came out so I went back inside and a guy made the sandwich. Our table never got cleared off until the end, because I am assuming that this waitress that did finally wait on us, who was also the bartender, was just too busy working at the bar to come back. Someone did try to help us at the end but it was too little, too late. We still left a tip though. The macaroni and cheese had very little flavor and my husband's was cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy was also cold. They need to step their game up. I'm also disappointed in those small buffalo chicken egg rolls as well. They were extremely small for the price. I've had much larger egg rolls than that for the price that we paid. For almost ten dollars, they should have been much larger. Reply to the so called owner.... What you just stated isn't true. And, normally a smash burger is a thin patty or two fried with crispy sides. This one was two normal sized patties on top of each other (double burger). I would not order it again. My husband did enjoy his cheese burger, though. The fries were battered and good. I would return if in the area, but i'd try something else on the menu. It was nice to sit there and enjoy the boats going up and down the river.
