I order from this location regularly. Pizza is always delicious, but they have never cut it right. Papa Johns gives you the option for regular cut or square cut, yet they have never squat cut it. This will be the very LAST TIME I order pizza from papa john's. Now I have to PAY A FEE FOR DOOR DASH. Absolutely ridiculous. The delivery people worked for you and was cost of doing business and then I tipped them. My 37.00 Order turned into 53.00 and that was AFTER 8.00 of papa dough bucks, so truly to have my small order delivered it was 61.00. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The only reason I am giving a 4 start review is because of the on site staff working at this establishment, I believe their names are Maurice Denise and Logan. I tried to originally place my order online to receive the 20% discount but that was not working and was not going through for order. I then called the local number and was transferred to an offsite third-party three times and was disconnected three times upon transfer. Upon the fourth time I reached your niece and she was extremely helpful. She placed the order for me in person and apologized and was extremely professional. I literally live five minutes away from this establishment so I could've easily picked it up if I had known utilize Uber eats after a certain amount of time, I stopped at the establishment as I was pretty close and they had informed me that the order was out for delivery. Not even five minutes later I reached home and my fiancé received a call stating that they the Uber driver completely went to a different address in ormond Beach -when as I live in Holly Hill, and provided the right address for delivery. Literally less than 10 minutes away.I have also ordered many times prior to as on file. The Uber eats driver that was assigned to deliver, was all the way out in Ormond Beach when given the correct address, I took the time to drive to the store AGAIN and they were happily to assist in making my order again. The Uber driver stated that even if she reached the correct address that our food would be cold. Due to only her fault. I never expected such a lengthy process to order food not even five minutes from my home. I am truly thankful for the staff in house that corrected this issue with a smile due to only the fault of management trying to save money -I'm guessing liability on delivery charges. I feel extremely bad for the staff that works endlessly to make these orders just for multiple 3rd parties to make it hell for them. Stop stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny! Lesson learned I'll only be dealing with the staff on hand and no longer delivery. What a joke and a hassle.never again. read more

...I'd give more stars but the way the past few experiences have gone...I'm done with this location....I have now taken my money to the Granada location where those workers were amazing. I REALLY don't want to sit here taking time out of my night to write this book- but I just think it's only fair considering I am a manger in the service field and have to answer for my actions. Admittedly, I have been lazy this week with cooking..so I opted to get Papa John's. First night, we got a Shaqaroni and a Cool Ranch papadia. . My husband ended up eating the papadia because they put onions minced all in it even though I asked for none. I didn't call and complain cause whatever... ya know? My husband really liked the papadia so he asked the next night to get some more... so we did. We ordered 3. All three got to us incorrect...wrong toppings inside and they didn't put the seasoning on it...but they definitely charge $2 extra for the upgraded one vs the plain. So I called and asked for them to remake because that was $8 worth of freaking dust on bread. O.o Ellie was pleasant and nice and admitted that she boxed them and did not do it correctly.. so they offered to put a "redeemable gift" on my profile to have it remade another time because to be honest I didn't want to wait again same night. I just made something and went on with my night. The next day, I called to "redeem" the papadia and the male manager told me "I just had 11 pizzas pop up on the screen and it will be a while and to call back" so I waited an hour and called back where he was very annoyed but put the order in. It got to me 45 mins later ... All THREE were incorrect. They gave me totally different papadias then what was even ordered and AGAIN did not put any dust on the bread. So I called AGAIN and it was the assistant store manager who remembered my order the night before and she apologized and said they would remake it again... because she couldn't refund me. They got to me and were good. However they took an HOUR to get it to me after the ASM said 20-30 mins. I get it- whatever. My husband convinced me to get it tonight since I refused to cook worst decision. . And THIS is where I drew my line. I put my order in online... 3 Doritos papadias.... The way they come with minor substitutions (steak, onion and tomato is the default) when they delivered it- they did NOT have the dust on ANY... and two were philly steak loaded with green peppers and onions...which is not ANY of what I ordered. I called the restaurant asking for a refund. I don't want it remade anymore. The SAME assistant manager (short stature brown hair, white girl) answered and proceeded to ARGUE that she recognized my name and that SHE herself made my order and that she KNEW she did NOT put green peppers in ANY of them and that because SHE did them personally they were correct. In the middle of me explaining that they definitely had peppers and were incorrect she kept speaking over me telling me that she made them correct. I became very very upset and told her that I would just bring them up for her to see personally because she was calling me a liar. . Then I hung up. When I got to the store to show her the assistant manager didn't open the box- she just told me that she "voided" the order already and that had I listened to her on the phone I would have known that! I was APPALLED. In front of about 5 customers. I will be taking this to corporate and would like this to be escalated to the district manager as I do not appreciate being called a liar on the phone- being refused a refund- and the wasting my gas to prove I'm not crazy- only for the girl to be too embarrassed to own up to her mistake and voided the transaction. Why was that not done to begin with before accusing me that I was incorrect? Each time they resent their poor delivery guys to bring the food back- I TIPPED EACH ONE because it's not their fault the cook messed up. I would really like to hear back from someone and will call tomorrow if I haven't in the meantime. read more

Tried to order from this location at 10:00 pm For carry out, and was told that the doors are locked no more orders . However their website states they are open until 11:30 pm . The website needs to be updated to reflect this. Sorry, if your hungry, call first before getting your heart set on pizza! Gave one star because there was no Food ! read more

I love the Papa Johns app and it allows me to place the order while shopping in other stores. The app also tells me the specials and I was able to get the Early Week Special which is a large 3 topping pizza for only $10. When I got to the store my order was ready and great customer service. read more

I ordered the pizza at 4:15 pm for a pick up at 5:45 pm. It was an XL 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. I arrived at 5:40 pm to be rudely greeted. The cashier told me my pizza "disappeared". The customer service was horrible, the guys working (Charles was one) were so rude to me. The food took twice as long to make and when I was asked about it I was told "I can't make it magically appear" by the boy working the register. Non-contact delivery??? Nothing about the delivery was non-contact. The tracking system said it was 13 mins. away when he arrived. Although I selected no contact and paid with credit card still had to sign cc slip, boxes were in a 'hot bag' and taken out and handed to me on the front door step. Very disappointed. read more

Ordered a large pizza online. After waiting for over an hour I called to find out what was taking so long. I was instantly put on hold for 15mins. When someone finally answered they said "It'll be there any minute" which must be code for I don't know and I don't care. Another 15mins. went by and I tried to call again but I kept getting put on hold before I could even talk to anyone. They must have caller ID because I had someone else call from a different number and instantly got through. The guy apologized and said the pizza would be free, but that was 30 mins ago.
