I just had the craziest experience Trying to order for delivery at Papa John's in Crosby Texas. It seems that when you order from this place you are ordering from somewhere else. Like a third-party ordering system - who knows where they could be this particular woman was Indian and incredibly rude. After she completed my order I was trying to recap the order to assure that she got everything I ordered. Don't order delivery from here or use their website. I have had a long standing custom pizza with Papa John's since 2007. Papa John's used to be my favorite. I ordered it recently from the Crosby location on 6/2/22. A *large* regular crust meat lovers pizza with mushrooms, black olives and jalapenos. I ordered it with a coupon on their website, and ended up with a soggy undercooked *medium* that showed up 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. The pizza looked like a mess that cost me as much as a large delivered should with tip. A frozen pizza tastes better. read more

Wouldn't recommend at all. Ordered pizza online and left tip. Pizza guy came 45 min later. Oops delivered my pizza to someone else. Told husband that he called the people and will go back and get it. I called and talked to manager and was promised a new pizza. Never got it. Will never use Papa John's ever again Only gave one star because I had no choice. This is the Crosby location. read more

Worst experience ever and this isn't our first time ordering from here. They did not deliver our sauces and when you're feeding 6+ people that want cheese and garlic sauce the $$ amount adds up. It was not delivered with our food and 45 minutes later we still don't have it after 4 calls and 1 conversation with their manager assuring us it'd be taken care of. I know everyone's experience is different but take caution when ordering from here. The staff is rude, I call to see if I could change my order and was place on hold for 12 minutes by the time the girl came back to the phone my order was out. I made the comment it would not had happen if she didn't place me in hold for so long and she didn't care. I know they are busy but an apology goes a long way instead of being a smart ass. read more

Over all I absolutely love this location! This management is awesome and everyone is SUPER sweet! I cannot stress that enough. But, every now and again I feel like I'll get a pizza that was not catered to my "special" instructions. All I ever ask for is light sauce. If the can get that under control they would be the best Papa John's I have ever had. Also the delivery time is incredibly fast and I live almost 30 minutes from the store. Pizza maker here is horrible. My pizza had a ton of onions on it. Even two whole slices. 10 times more onions than any other topping. On top of that, they didn't even slice the pizza all the way thru. Not one slice could be extracted. And we decided on pizza because it is eaten with fingers and we had no utensils. So we could finish the cut. Wasn't deep enough to break a slice out. We had to destroy the pizza in order to eat it. Obviously the employees here don't care about doing their job. read more

Ordered from this restaurant online their 11.00 special and 30 chicken poppers.Was charged 12.59 for the pizza to which when called and asked why the price was not what was advertised was given the run around on the phone about it is normally 17.99 but minus 5.00 equals 11.00.WHAT???????They can't do the math here at all.Then when pizza and poppers arrived pizza was lukewarm at best ,poppers had no sauces which were ordered.Again called back and asked why we were not given any sauces and at first were told we received sauces but none were in the order.20 minutes later the delivery driver showed up with 3 of the 4 sauces ordered and a 1.00 back on the order. Be warned if you want rude service,wrong priced charged,lukewarm pizza,nasty poppers then this is the place to order pizza. Delivery time stinks. Today was the first time they actually came quicker than 1.5 hours. I was so excited. Until I looked in the box. Brother made an order online, they delivered it raw with too much sauce. after having one slice, we called in to explain what was wrong with it and the shift manager was talking to my brother like he was dumb and just trying to get another free pizza. I didn't appreciate her tone of voice. There was no sincerity in her tone of voice and you can tell she has a bad attitude. Yes we had a gift card, we order two pizzas. one with the spinach alfredo, and one sausage pepperoni. Well the pizzas sucked! 25 dollar pizzas, what a waste, No toppings, 2 pepperoni and maybe a sausage on a slice. Back in the days, papa johns would load your slices with the toppings, now it's " Where's the meat at " ? Terrible, what a shame, Papa johns is not the place to be. Hell, I guess it's the Little Caesars extreme pepperoni for 6bucks from now on. At least they know how to load a pizza, and its not going to cost you 25 bucks for two lame pizza's. I order here quite often I always order online. Throughout the 2 1/2 yrs I have lived here the service has never changed. This store needs to have better management. You will either get your food extremely later considering the whole town is 5 miles long. Or they will manage to forget parts or mess up on your order. It happens so often I have just learned to deal with it. In the past I have called but it never got anywhere. The district management needs to get this store in check. Crosby is to small of a town with limited chooses as is. If Papa Johns cares about its customers they will work to ensure they hire a management that cares as well. read more

The pizza here sucks! They take forever to deliver even when they are not busy, they can never seem to get the order right the last two times I orders the first was thin instead of original like I ordered and had way to much sauce when I ordered light sauce.. I decided to give them one more try last week and the pizza was even worse..... It arrived very late to my door it was cold, that says a lot of its under a heat lamp then in a bag to keep it warm, it was drenched in sauce and once again I ordered light sauce and I decided to order double pep and there was like no pepperoni.... They only reason I thought about trying it the last time is because I had a free pizza or I would have ordered from some where else.....
