I had no access to the breaker panel, so we were left in the cold and dark multiple times until the next day when they will send someone to fix it. When heat was finally turned on, it was loud, unreliable, and sprayed rust-colored water. It made sleeping nearly impossible. The lease clearly stated that heat was included -- but that wasn't the case in reality. The building management was unresponsive and negligent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Tenants deserve better. Thankfully, I've since moved and finally feel safe and comfortable. But this was an unacceptable and exhausting experience.

Under no circumstance should you trust these people with your living situation. In their Broadway Crescent Building, a resident has been allowed to suffer for years with a mental health crisis. Rather than being proactive in removing the individual from the property and getting them the help they need and deserve, they are instead allowed to slam on their door with a hammer all night, destroy their appliances and throw them in the hallway, and threaten other tenants and people on the street. Management has remained committed to not communicating with residents who are rightly scared to be in their own homes.
