He suggested we call others to see about the floor damage. Most importantly, unbeknown to us, he did not unhook the leaking dishwasher from plumbing, disconnect the power, or inform us that he had stopped the dishwasher mid-cycle. We did not think to ask about this, as we assumed the dishwasher would sit there until it and the floor were replaced. No options were given. He charged us and left. We decided to wait to replace the dishwasher until the floor was fixed, not realizing there was a ticking time bomb in the kitchen. After drying the floor out for three weeks, someone happened to fully close the dishwasher door and it started up again and leaked all over the kitchen floor! I am shocked. Who leaves a client in this position? At least give them the option to disconnect the plumbing and electrical or even pay extra and have the unit taken away. Needless to say I have called JB Plumbing back tonight (Thursday) at 9pm when this happened. A very nice service clerk answered the phone but the first appointment they have is next week. I have asked to speak to the owner. At this point I cannot recommend JB Plumbing, unless you are savvy enough to make sure the plumber did his job!

The results? "UNBELIEVABLE"! Way better than I had anticipated. The product is outstanding.......literally millions of colors, patterns, scenes and options! BUT, the bigger deal is, the company itself. Levi and his crew treated my home like it was their own. I have never met a group of people who were more passionate and caring about the outcome of their product/installation as they were. Every company takes on the personality of the person at the top...... so to me, it is no wonder why the guys who were working with Levi were so good. The reason? Because Levi is so good! Levi disappeared for a little bit while his guys were prepping my home and running wires.......when he came back, he had more boxes of aluminum tracks with him. When I asked him why he needed more he said to me: I didn't like the shade of white so I went back and got tracks that match the white of your house better. Who does stuff like this? Levi does stuff like this! There are so many things about my install that blew me away. I thought I was getting one thing and as they were installing, they were brainstorming about how to make it look better and the best way to install it. They made 45 degree angles on the soffit ends and added extra lights on the sides (which I had no idea I was getting) because they wanted it to look perfect. I dare you to come to my house and find a wire from their installation. Don't bother because you won't. This is the cleanest install I have ever seen. My house is brand new and they didn't damage, scratch or mess up anything. Even the controller box in the attic looks great! When I was talking to the guys, they were telling me how much they love their job and that Levi is the best boss in the world.....a super stand up guy who treats them well and with respect. That tells me everything I need to know about the integrity of the man and his company. I almost forgot to mention........the company is veteran owned and Levi is a Marine! Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested.
