This is usually my first choice for boat parts and supplies. The prices are as good as on line. The store is fairly clean and organized. During the past 7 years they had most every thing I requested I did have to go to West Marine for a few things that they didn't carry. In general they have a good supply but the main store in N Ft. Myers has more product and they could have it transferred next day. They have, manuals, radios, bilge pumps, rigging parts, cleaning supplies, anchors, lights, switches, gauges, fuel filters, gas tanks, engine and Trailer parts. Customer service and parking in the lot is usually very good.

Longtime Customer - Extremely Disappointed with Declining Service…read more I've been a loyal customer of The Boat House for years and have purchased multiple boats from them--always on the promise from management that I'd be taken care of when it came to service and support. Unfortunately, that promise has been completely broken, and the quality of their service department has only gone downhill. Most recently, I brought my boat in for what should have been a simple repair. I was told it would be ready in a week or two, but nearly a month passed with no communication. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates, and every time I spoke with someone, the story changed--parts were ordered, then backordered; the boat was being worked on, then suddenly it wasn't. There was zero consistency and even less transparency. When I finally got the boat back, I was shocked at the condition it was returned in. It was filthy--greasy handprints on the seats, dirty footprints all over the deck, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned or cared for at all. I brought this up with the service department, and all I got was a casual "sorry," with no offer to fix it or make things right. To make matters worse, the original issue I brought the boat in for still wasn't fully resolved--and now there was a new issue that wasn't there before. Again, no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to deliver the kind of service they promise when selling boats. After spending millions of dollars with The Boat House over the years, this experience makes it painfully clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them. I will not be buying another boat from them again, and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere if they expect any level of professionalism or long-term support.

This store is way up in North Ft. Myers on the west side of 41 or Cleavland blvd as they call it up there. You can't miss it just look for the Ginourmous anchor and wall mural with a pirate and the eye protruding from telescope. It is the Mother, super store for all things marine. Manuals, cleaning supplies, cable, plugs, wires, anchors, gauges, props, starboard, screws, tanks, gels, fiberglass mat, carpet most everything is in stock. Outback past the back door. They have more things under semi trailers and inside vintage engine covers prop trees keep things organized. They have pretty good prices since they offer used parts along with new. They have a good supply of all things for the DIY or small shops. It's a long hike from Naples but they have a smaller retail store on Davis blvd and will bring things down weekly. I have a few older boats and I saved a bunch of money compared to some of the chains or catalogs.

This company actually picked up the phone and a friendly young lady (Anna I believe) answered all our questions. The price was far less. I operate on the wisdom of "You get what you pay for" but in this case, as it is rarely, sometimes you get MORE than you pay for! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the boat and the ease of the entire process. The address is behind the Naples airport and most of the property is taken up with a 3-4 story giant warehouse style building (dry boat storage). Anna gave us the basics of operation and a laminated guide map with EZ directions. GPS and VHF radio, everything clean & new looking. We followed the numbered buoys out along the intercoaster waterways, passing gorgeous luxury mansions/homes and equally ridiculous money yachts. Great freedom ride. You can pull up to the public parking spot in Tin City and have lunch. We were a little bit unfamiliar with docking so we did not stop. Good business, good times. Highly recommend. You need to be somewhat familiar with boats and treat this as a nimble excursion, not one for the timid or weak core body as you need to be savvy and nimble getting on and off, plus heightened awareness of other boats, signs, buoys, channel markers, GPS etc. All good for anyone that practices wise & safe boating.
